Chapter 975: Storm Anomaly
In the west, a Storm Anomaly swept away everything in its path. Huge waves and strong winds did not spare anything.

On the border of the outer and middle layers of the Anomaly, on a small piece of surviving land, a white fox erged from the void.

More than thirty people ca out of the portal, and before their eyes appeared endless plains that turned into shallow lakes. Beneath the surface of these lakes were deep bottomless caves filled with the energy of compressed water.
In the distance, giant blue trees could be seen pouring water through their crowns, creating the effect of eternal rain.
As soon as everyone ca out of the portal, Marie dispelled it and turned into an exact copy of Esma in front of everyone. With her transformation, the dry space that protected them from the rain disappeared.
In the blink of an eye, everyone was caught in the pouring rain.
Due to the ultra-high concentration of Water and Wind energy, the air has beco as dense as jelly. It was unusual and difficult to breathe; the lungs were quickly filled with “energy condensate”.
Under the influence of this, the movents beca slow, and so began to tremble as if in a fever. It seed as if they had fallen into the water, although in reality they were only standing in the pouring rain.
Quickly realizing the danger, they used their Soul Forces to expel condensation and protect themselves from the dense energy of Water and Wind.

To do this, they needed to find or create a safe place with normal conditions.
When everyone had adapted, Esma and Mari returned.
“I see that you are all feeling well and ready to travel into the depths of the Anomaly,” Esma nodded with satisfaction.
“We’ll start by crossing the border and going a little deeper into the middle layer,” she began to outline the plan.
“The energy concentration there is higher than here, so you all will need to get used to it before we can start a full-fledged exploration in search of resources.”

What they saw now was only a small part, and everyone understood that the most interesting thing was yet to co. No one knew what difficulties awaited them.
“Okay, then let’s get started,” Esma said, and the expedition into the Storm Anomaly began.
