Chapter 1127: Something’s wrong…
“Three days?”
Idan looked up at the sky in amazement.
For a man who always carefully planned his daily routine, it was a surprise to be out of reality for three whole days.
Although he had expected the process to take some time, he did not expect it to last for three whole days. It seemed to him that everything happened in the blink of an eye.
As the shock receded, Idan saw his hands and realized that he was in his Alpha of Fire form, not in Spirit form, and that the branches of the tree were no longer holding him back.
Turning to the tree, he saw that it was still glowing with Golden Fire.
However, after careful inspection, it seemed to Idan that the Golden Fire was not burning as fiercely as before, but more moderately and weaklier.
Idan, tearing his gaze away from the tree, raised his right hand, and a familiar red fire flashed on it.
He stared into the fire in silence for a while, until he decided to check the result of his three days of efforts. And the moment he wanted to, the red fire in his eyes turned into gold.
“Did it really work out?” thought Idan in surprise.
He had just summoned a real Golden Fire!
His movements did not go unnoticed. Everyone who was nearby watched in amazement as he summoned the True Fire.
Undisguised jealousy flashed in the eyes of the beasts, Elira, and the other Flaming Cranes.
Looking closer, Idan noticed the difference between the Golden Fire Cyrion was wielding and the one he was currently holding in his hands.
This fire, although it obeyed his will, responded to mana and offered no resistance, did not possess the depth, the pressure and pleteness that he felt in Cyrion’s flame.
“Something’s wrong…” thought Idan, frowning.
However, in the very next moment, he dismissed these thoughts.
“Okay, we’ll deal with this later,” he decided.
After dispelling the Golden Fire, Idan slowly got to his feet.
“Congratulations, Idan, on gaining the Golden Fire!” exclaimed Cyrion with sincere congratulations.
In three days, he managed to fully recover, and after meeting Elira and the other Flaming Cranes, his trust in Idan was further strengthened.
“Congratulations,” Elira joined in, feeling a mixture of admiration and jealousy.
“Thank you all for the congratulations,” Idan thanked, and then hurriedly moved into Essora’s house.
When he appeared on the doorstep, he was filled with anxiety.
“Three days! For three whole days!” he exclaimed mentally. “That means Belle must have lived for 30 whole days!”
While Idan was panicking slightly, overe with anxiety, the door of the house opened.
“e in, Idan,” the charming hostess, blindfolded and with two large forms, invited him.
Essora, knowing exactly what was bothering him, gave him the answer without further ado.:
“I’ve already warned Arabel that you’re here, so she’s ing out now.”
“Thank you, Essora,” he said, accepting the invitation and crossing the threshold of her house.
“Dan!” a beautiful woman with long red hair ran out from the depths of the house and, without hesitation, rushed to Idan. He caught her deftly and held her close.
Idan, hugging his wife and feeling her warmth and emotions, noticed for the first time the slight roundness of her stomach. He released her and looked down without blinking.
Then, looking up and seeing her smile, he asked:
“How many days?”
“Only two months,” Arabel said, gently stroking her slightly rounded belly.
“Two months? Is it already that noticeable?” — Idan was surprised, who after that incident got some idea of how pregnancy proceeds.
“Dan, don’t be silly, you know that Valkyries get pregnant unevenly,” she replied. “The more necessary and nutritious energy our baby receives, the faster her grows.”
“Considering that our Kingdom is already teeming with energy, this process is going surprisingly fast.”
“Do you feel anything yet?” Idan asked softly, gently touching her stomach.
Arabel shook her head.
“Not as much as we would like. I feel the life inside me and I know that the fetus is developing very quickly. For two months, the belly is already too noticeable. But an unusual layer of energy has formed around her, which seems to hide her from my perception.”
Idan frowned.
“So you can’t figure out if everything’s okay?”
“No, I don’t feel threatened,” Arabel hastened to reassure him. “Rather the opposite. This energy is similar to protection. But because of her, I can’t determine the gender, or even say for sure if we’re going to have one child or more.”
“Moreover, I will have to pletely assume the form of an Ice Valkyrie soon. I can already feel the fruit reaching for the ice element. For now, I can give it to her myself, but soon, in order to feel fortable, I will have to pletely transform,” Arabel bit her lip with these words.
“Don’t worry, Belle,” Idan said, gently stroking her cheek. “You’re beautiful in any form.”
“I hope you will e to me more often and warm me with your warmth,” Arabel said with a charming smile, slightly rekindling the fire in his heart, but he restrained himself.
Essora, who was standing next to her, felt her cheeks flush.
Watching their sweet relationship, she felt envious and couldn’t help but wonder how to find a partner as reliable as Idan.
“And by the way, I didn’t spend all three days while you were busy in the time room,” Arabel confessed. “I often went out to unwind and checked on you myself. I forbade anyone to bother you and asked big sister to keep an eye on you.”
“I couldn’t even imagine that you would find such a way to use the Fire Elemental tree!” Arabel exclaimed with admiration, looking at her husband. “Well, did you do it?”
“Here, look.” Idan, still hugging Arabel, raised his hand and snapped his finger. A spark of Golden Fire appeared on the tip of his finger.
“Wow, you did it!” exclaimed Arabel, overflowing with joy.
“Well, not really. I feel like there’s something missing in it,” Idan confessed after dispelling the fire.
“Hehe.” Arabel snuggled up to him, “I’m sure you’ll figure it out quickly. After all, you’re smart.”
“Of course,” Idan said confidently, beaming at her praise. “It’s only a matter of time.”
“By the way, won’t you be angry if I tell you that I talked to your grandmother and aunt without you?” asked Arabelle.
When she brought it up, Idan couldn’t help but think of Adrian.
Idan promised that he would kick him out in a day.
But it’s been three whole days.
