Ye Hao turned and helped Liang Yating remove the dirt from her hair.
This gesture, however, led the man in the corner to believe Ye Hao was kissing Liang Yating...
The man in his 30s imdiately stood up, tossed aside his newspaper, and walked briskly over to Liang Yating and Ye Hao.
Ye Hao sensed his presence even before he reached them, but Ye Hao didn't pay him any mind.
"You b*tch, I wondered why you kept rejecting lately. So you've hooked up with this pretty boy! Go to hell!" The man, about 30 years old, raised his hand intending to slap Liang Yating.
Fear flashed across Liang Yating's face as she watched the man's hand approach, looking to Ye Hao with pleading eyes.
Seeing Liang Yating appeal to Ye Hao only fueled the man's rage further.
"Ah! You b*tch," the man yelled angrily, increasing the force of his slap.
"Bang!"
Ye Hao's hand intercepted, and the man in his 30s stumbled backward. His hand turned red and swollen where it had t Ye Hao's, temporarily losing function.
"Heh, Tong Dawei?" Ye Hao asked with a smile, looking at him.
Liang Yating looked curiously at Ye Hao, wondering how he knew this man.
Tong Dawei scrutinized Ye Hao, and when he recognized him, his face showed a flash of panic.
"Who are you? I don't know you," Tong Dawei asked, his eyes evasive.
