Afterward, Elizabeth expressed her concerns, hoping the lady in the red dress could go to Huaxia to help clarify her doubts.

The lady in the red dress nodded as she listened, and when Elizabeth finished, she said coldly, "Your Majesty, wait for my good news."

"Ahem, the image, the image," Elizabeth said helplessly, looking at the lady in the red dress before her. Just a mont ago, she could pretend to be delicate, but in the blink of an eye, she turned cold again.

Upon hearing this, the lady in the red dress blushed and hurried away from the royal palace at nearly escaping speed.

After the lady in the red dress left, the smile on Elizabeth's face vanished instantly, replaced by a sharp deanor.

Elizabeth went to her desk, wrote a letter regarding the United States' actions, and sent it to the United Nations, then dispatched dozens of letters to countries allied with Britain, hoping all nations would support the UK's appeal against the United States.

...

When the explosion happened in the Bermuda Islands, Rekton was the first to know and contacted Abama and other chief executives in a state of shock.

Abama imdiately arrived at the Pentagon, followed by other top officials.

At that mont, the Pentagon was on high alert, with thousands of heavily ard special forces guarding outside, preventing anyone from eavesdropping on the U.S. President's discussions with major departnt heads.

"Dear Rekton, tell , what the hell is going on?" Abama roared as he entered the Pentagon's highest military command room, losing all composure.

"President, those Jiepeng bastards are terrorists..." Rekton explained feebly.

"Terrorists, shit, don't give these powerless excuses. What I want to know is how the Bermuda Islands were destroyed, was it the Jiepeng people, or are you just causing trouble, bastard," Abama growled, grabbing Rekton by the collar, his face full of fury.

Following them were Secretary of State Henry Potter, FBI Director Ruksh, Minister of Defense Mandekup, Central Intelligence Bureau's Leia, and other senior officials.

"Mr. President, the Jiepeng indeed have exceedingly violent terrorists, their presence seemingly anticipated our people landing on the island, their power surpassing my..." Rekton explained excitedly...

"Shit, why don't you just die, bastard," Abama angrily pushed Rekton away, unwilling to hear any explanations. What he needed to know was if Rekton had any details about the Jiepeng enemies' appearances, weapons, and whether it was truly the Jiepeng people involved.

But Rekton didn't ntion any of these aspects, only claiming the Jiepeng people's actions without knowing what weapons they used.

Abama angrily sat in the leading position, African-Arican Henry Potter asked, "Mr. President, what major event has happened?"

Minister of Defense Cooper also looked puzzled; he was only responsible for national security and had no authority to intervene in the operations of the Navy SEALs and Delta team and thus was unaware of the events in Bermuda.

Only the Central Intelligence Bureau's Director Leia knew the occurrences and developnts of the event.

Because the Central Intelligence Bureau is the United States' most powerful intelligence agency and collects information worldwide. Even in the past, an agent from the Central Intelligence Bureau once infiltrated Huaxia's Central Television Station, highlighting the agency's strength.

"Ask that bastard," Abama refused to say more. Currently, countries like Britain, Huaxia, Russia, and especially Ukraine, which have harbored a grudge against the U.S. since the 2004 coup, strongly support Britain in denouncing the U.S.

UN Secretary-General Pan Jiwen had proposed reconciliation to Abama, warning that if Abama refused, multiple countries would appeal to the UN, complicating any reconciliation later.

So Abama tried to shift the bla onto Rekton, minimizing his own responsibility.

Rekton felt aggrieved to death but was the person with the least say in this situation, so every word he uttered next could be evidence in a political court against him.

However, if asked, he could recount the events truthfully.

"General Rekton, please tell us what really happened, my dear general, if the matter isn't significant, we can solve it with money, can't we?" Henry Potter saw an opportunity to ally with Rekton and spoke.

"The situation is too complex; I don't want to entangle you all. This incident was solely my doing, but I also want to tell you there are truly unrestrained maniacs among the Jiepeng, whose existence will eventually threaten our United States." Rekton knew that in such circumstances, his position was definitely at risk.

So he didn't want to waver and join others; he rely stated what had happened in this event.

"Could you be more specific?" Henry Potter asked.

"At XX ti, I dispatched the Navy SEALs to explore the Bermuda Triangle, during which the Jiepeng killed more than ten A Team mbers from Huaxia. The following day, I am unclear about the occurrences; I only know that half of our Navy SEALs were wiped out.

Another half of the team was controlled by the Jiepeng bitches; in my rage, I dispatched three thousand marines and over fifty Delta special forces. At first, I thought their mission would be easily accomplished, but to no avail; after more than an hour, the marines still couldn't take the island. Then the President asked to recall the navy within an hour, so I ordered the three thousand marines and Delta team to launch a strong assault operation. Oh my God! I don't want to recall these painful mories, my family, my brothers." Rekton cried, grieving for the deaths of so many special forces mbers.

The deaths were minor, but public opinion was relentless, all because of his erroneous orders, leading to so many military casualties and sending personnel into British sovereign territory.

"Oh my God! General Rekton, are you telling the Jiepeng maniacs killed them all? I don't believe it; you must be lying to , right?" Henry Potter couldn't believe the Jiepeng could kill over three thousand people, but he overlooked sothing: explosives...

"I'm not lying, Mr. Secretary of State, those Jiepeng maniacs truly killed them, and the thod is similar to how they killed our tens of thousands of navy mbers in the Pacific previously."

"Oh my God, General Rekton, do you an they were all blown up?" The Secretary of State was shocked; apart from Abama and the Central Intelligence Bureau's Leia, the whole room of high officials was stunned.

"Yes, Mr. Secretary of State..." (To be continued. If you like this work, welco to Qidian (qidian) to vote for recomndations and monthly tickets. Your support is my biggest motivation. Mobile users please visit m.qidian to read.)
