The Liao family was discussing Ye Tian when suddenly, a gentle breeze passed by. In the dim distance, a figure slowly walked toward them.
Master Liao hurriedly looked over, and upon seeing the figure, the cup in his hand fell directly to the ground, shattering to pieces.
Seeing Ye Tian’s figure becoming clearer, Master Liao’s hair stood on end. How could he not panic? He never expected Ye Tian would really dare co to Xiangxi, and on top of that, boldly break into his ho.
He wasn’t prepared. With Ye Tian’s strength, killing him now would be effortless. The weather was already sweltering, and Master Liao was so nervous that he was drenched in cold sweat, his clothes soaked through.
"I heard you wanted to ensure I wouldn’t make it back? Well, here I am. Let’s see what you’ve got to ensure I don’t return," Ye Tian said, smiling as he approached.
The Liao family stared at the young man before them, astonished. Although they had heard from Liao Huazhong that Ye Tian was young, no one imagined he would be this young.
The Liao family turned their eyes to Master Liao.
"Misunderstanding, misunderstanding, we were just joking earlier," Master Liao said, thick-skinned, fearing Ye Tian’s power.
Regardless, he planned to stabilize Ye Tian first.
"You like to joke, but I don’t. I’ve already told you before to bring the Black Evil Ghost Flute from your Black Witch Clan. Now that the deadline has passed, seeing as you haven’t fulfilled your promise, there’s no need for you to remain in this world," Ye Tian said calmly.
"It’s not that I didn’t want to et you, but the Black Evil Ghost Flute is with the Great Wizard of our Black Witch Clan. He wouldn’t give it to , and I’ve been figuring out a way," Master Liao hurriedly explained.
Ye Tian’s lips curled slightly. He said nothing but slowly extended his palm, and a fla appeared in his hand.
The fla danced, its light dazzling, emitting a scorching heat.
"I’m telling the truth, or, you can co with to the Black Witch Clan to et the Great Wizard," Master Liao said in fright when he saw Ye Tian was about to act.
"Now that I’ve co to Xiangxi, you hold no value for ," Ye Tian said indifferent, wasting no more words. He acted imdiately, and the Spiritual Fire, like a dragon, attacked Master Liao.
Master Liao was shocked and instinctively fled, but the Spiritual Fire was fast. In an instant, it enveloped him. He didn’t even have a chance to struggle before turning to ashes, disappearing into the air.
Ye Tian has never been one to show rcy. Master Liao, back in Shanghai, deserved to die, but Ye Tian gave him a chance. Unfortunately, he didn’t cherish it.
Witnessing this, the Liao family stood dumbfounded, motionless, deeply terrified that Ye Tian might kill them all.
"Tomorrow, I want to see the Black Evil Ghost Flute and all the artifacts of the Black Witch Clan. If not, you know the consequences," Ye Tian said, throwing a glance at the Liao family, then turned and left.
After Ye Tian left, the Liao family finally snapped out of it, horrified by Ye Tian’s Divine Skills. Even with Master Liao’s cultivation, he couldn’t resist Ye Tian at all and was reduced to nothing by the flas. It was too terrifying.
"This man, he’s too powerful, to have just killed my uncle so easily. What should we do now?"
The Liao family was in chaos.
"What else can we do? Hurry and inform the Great Wizard, have him avenge our uncle," said the Liao Family Patriarch.
Less than ten minutes later, Ye Tian stepped out of the Liao Mansion and approached Cheng Xue i’s van, opened the door, and got in.
Cheng Xue i saw Ye Tian as if nothing had happened, noticed no commotion from the Liao Mansion, and was a bit surprised.
"Young Master Ye, did the Liao family give you the things?" Cheng Xue i asked.
"They will tomorrow."
"Could this be a delay tactic by the Liao family? What if they don’t give it tomorrow?" Cheng Xue i asked.
"They will have no choice but to give it," Ye Tian laughed, full of confidence.
"Really, when did the Liao family beco so agreeable? I thought you would be beaten out by them when you went inside," Cheng Xue i was skeptical. The Liao family had always been domineering, accustod to taking things by force.
"Alright, let’s head back," Ye Tian smiled, not elaborating further.
"Sure, I’ll take you to the hotel," Cheng Xue i didn’t ask more. Since the Liao family didn’t cause any trouble, it was for the best, sparing her any worries.
After dropping Ye Tian at the hotel entrance, Cheng Xue i and Cheng Guo left, as she needed to set up a stall at the night market.
Nothing happened overnight, and the next day, Ye Tian went to the Liao family to settle the score.
The Black Witch Clan did not co.
The Liao family inford the Great Wizard of the Black Witch Clan about the events of the previous night, but the Great Wizard had no intention of coming. Instead, he instructed the Liao family to devise a way to lure Ye Tian to the Black Witch Clan’s stronghold.
The Great Wizard of the Black Witch Clan wasn’t foolish. Soone who could easily kill Elder Liao undoubtedly had formidable skills. Although the Great Wizard was powerful, he remained cautious. In his stronghold, his combat prowess was optimal. Outside, however, it was significantly weaker. Thus, he hoped the Liao family would find a way to lure Ye Tian into the stronghold so that even if Ye Tian was powerful, he would fear nothing.
Seeing the Great Wizard not coming and ordering the Liao family to bring Ye Tian to the Black Witch Clan’s stronghold, the Liao family was in a difficult position.
