While there had been a certain degree of randomness in the way the factions had been pitted against each other. The strongest factions had been spread far apart, ensuring that their clash would happen at the very end.

After all, delaying their exchange would build up the anticipation.

Today’s clash was simply bad luck for the Radiant Sky, being pitted against the Sacred Order.

To create a truly impressive spectacle, since this was the tournant’s opening battle and would set expectations for all that followed, only Nicole had been chosen to represent her faction.

Of course that ant she was also the leader. Beating her ant that the Radiant Sky would erge victorious.

However, everybody knew... that this wasn’t possible.

As people watched the battle live, their eyes were fixed on Nicole, who soared above the ground akin to a deity...

Only for the chat to go insane as she suddenly blinked out of existence!

The more knowledgeable would know that she moved faster than the caras could follow, while those without combat experience thought that she had teleported.

A smile tugged Michael’s face.

"This is Nicole, alright..."

It took a mont to register what had happened.

The mont the battle had officially begun, Nicole had already located Radiant Sky’s castle, appearing right above it.

"S—She is here!"

"Don’t falter!"

"Please, spare us!"

Understandable panic spread throughout the troops.

The Radiant Sky had managed to earn a place in the blessed lands with the help of their two Lords. However, they were only of the Radiant stage! There was almost a whole realm of difference between them and Nicole!

"She is alone! How hard can it be to beat her?!"

"Make her regret underestimating us!"

Letting anger dominate their senses, the two Lords forgo all kinds of self-preservation as they charged upwards.

"I pity you. So I will give you a painless death." Nicole exclaid with undeniable authority.

Extending her hand forward, her eyes shone a deeper hue of crimson.

Abruptly the two Lords froze in place!

"Wha—"

Before they were able to utter a single word, their bodies exploded in a violent burst.

Of course they weren’t truly dead. The spatial space had detected their demise and threw them out of the designed battle space.

But just the image of their two strongest mbers being squashed like bugs filled the ranks of the Radiant Sky with terror.

"The battle is still ongoing... I guess neither of them was the leader..." Nicole sighed, her gaze sweeping the powerless soldiers beneath her.

"I will do this fast."

What followed wasn’t a battle but a massacre, the ranks of the Radiant Sky dropping one by one.

Eventually Nicole managed to find their leader, ending the ga with the Sacred Order’s victory.

With a nonchalant expression, Nicole gazed at the caras, her crimson eyes mirroring the blood that stained the ground.

It would have been understandable if the spectators were terrified out of their minds. But as it turned out, sothing far more particular happened...

[Cultured Gentleman: Mommy!]

[Degenerate: Please step on !]

[Harem is the way: I think I just found my type...]

Michael’s brow twitched. The internet was unhinged as ever.

Since the battle had proven too short, several more clashes were held.

Eventually the ti for the Indomitable Alliance to shine ca.

Gearing up, the whole crew headed towards the designated place.

"Sweep the floor with them!" Scarlett exclaid, hugging her brother as tight as she could.

After Scarlett let go, Isabella got a good look at Michael.

"You are going to be outnumbered ten to one..."

Michael chuckled warmly.

"You don’t need to be worried for ."

Surprisingly, Isabella shook her head. A bittersweet smile tugged her face.

"I am not worried, son." She whispered. Her arms wrapped around him. "Show them what I raised."

"..."

Michael nodded, his eyes hardening.

Without further ado the crew headed towards the center of the blessed lands where the golden tree resided.

Soon enough, they found themselves in a large arena, a white sphere at the very center, as the Emperor stood on the podium, his facial expression unreadable.

"I assu that everybody knows the rules by now?"

Both the Indomitable Alliance and the Eternal Blade nodded.

"So be it, let the clash begin!" The Emperor declared the sphere starting to gleam in a blinding light, as did the golden tree, which lood above them.

During the few seconds that it took them to enter the battlefield area the three Lords of the Eternal Blade faction gazed at Michael with mocking grins.

They were certain of their victory. After all, Michael’s crew didn’t possess a single Lord.

Michael, anwhile, t their gazes with cold indifference.

Tch!

Troy, the Lord positioned in the middle, regarded as the strongest mber of Eternal Blade, clicked his tongue. His hair was cut abnormally short.

"Let’s see what kind of expression they’ll have when we put them in their place!"

Julia, the woman with a weirdly disfigured face, despite being of the Lord realm, snorted.

"Have we really sunk so low as a society? How could the common populace regard the Indomitable Alliance, who don’t even possess a single Lord, as among the top ten strongest?"

Gregory, the final Lord, shrugged, his long black hair trailing down his shoulders.

"It’s a popularity contest, nothing more. At least once we crush them, we will steal their undeserving fa."

Troy chuckled, only to halt abruptly, realizing that Michael’s gaze was focused on them.

"He can’t hear us from so far away, can he?"

Given their placent in the far corners of the large arena, there was a significant distance between them. Even the Lords would struggle to pick up on whispers from the other side.

There was no way they could have known that he possessed the legendary technique, Perfect Senses.

In response, Michael smiled nacingly, putting a finger over his lips.

Shhh~

"This fucker!" A vein bulged across Troy’s forehead. But before he could hurl an insult, he, along with everyone else in the arena, suddenly blinked out of existence. Transposed to the designated battlefield altered by spatial manipulation.

At that mont millions of curious eyes across the solar system were glued to their screens, watching with anticipation.

The battle between the Indomitable Alliance and the Eternal Blade had begun!
