A few Saints stared at Su Yang in unison; they were previously unaware of the Beast Tars' situation.
Earlier, when Beigong War God returned, he ntioned the matters regarding the Beast Tars. The Saints were extrely shocked upon hearing about this, which is why they gathered by the Moon to inquire further.
Su Yang waved his hand: "This is not the place to discuss; let's head back first, and I'll explain everything to you in detail!"
The situation with the Beast Tars is truly shocking. If Su Yang were to speak of it here, it might cause panic across the Nine Realms. Therefore, Su Yang decided it was better to inform only the Saints.
The Saints exchanged a glance, and their expressions turned solemn. Although Su Yang did not elaborate, they could all sense the complexity of the issue.
Su Yang and Ye Wantong returned to the Human World together, while the other Saints also arrived at the Human World through the Boundary Points to et with Su Yang.
"Su Alliance Leader, what exactly has happened?" the Netherworld King asked coldly. "To discuss here, those Defenders are also our people; there's no need to avoid them, right?"
The Netherworld King has always harbored a slight disdain towards Su Yang. In fact, he believed that although the Human World had a Saint now, it was only one Saint, and their power could not compare to his own, nor were they qualified to be on equal footing. Moreover, now Su Yang could stand alongside them, which made him even more resentful.
Why can a re Sub-Saint stand amongst Saints? Is it solely because he has a Saint for a wife?
At this thought, the Netherworld King couldn't resist glancing at Ye Wantong again. Among the Nine Realms Saints, there was only this one female Saint, so beautiful, why did she marry Su Yang? Despite his calculations, the Netherworld King dared not speak further. After all, the Saints from the Heavenly Realm and the Buddha Domain had chosen to support Su Yang, so he dared not say much.
Su Yang was naturally aware of the Netherworld King's disdain, yet he paid it no heed and instead recounted the events he had heard on that planet to his audience.
Upon hearing Su Yang's words, everyone froze. They had only just heard about the Beast Tars. Now, hearing these matters shocked them even more!
Though everyone knew the Nine Realms were certainly very insignificant in the universe, they still could not imagine that the Nine Realms were so minuscule.
Even those Beast Tars enslaved by the Guardian Gods were at least of Saint level, doesn't that render Saints quite worthless?
"Beast Tars, Beast Tars?" The Taiqing Saint said solemnly, "They're the ones controlling those Fierce Beasts; all the crisis in the Nine Realms is caused by them!"
Su Yang slowly nodded; this matter was now completely confird.
"What do they an by farming, then?" Shangqing Saint asked with curiosity.
Su Yang shrugged his shoulders; he couldn't fathom the answer either.
"It should have sothing to do with the Nine Realms..." Su Yang said solemnly: "These Beast Tars, or the Guardian Gods behind them, must have so motive or design regarding the Nine Realms, hence driving the Fierce Beasts to attack!"
"But, their attacks don't seem to serve any purpose!" Qi Tian said. "Even if they've dispatched so many Fierce Beasts this ti, they cannot breach the Moon's defense. The Nine Realms have so many Sub-Saints, not to ntion Saints, and we possess Divine Artifacts. Even if the number of Fierce Beasts doubled tenfold, we could still hold them off! Moreover, over the years, how many attacks have succeeded? They've never broken through the Nine Realms' defenses, and not caused harm to them. Their efforts seem utterly purposeless!"
"Even if that's true, the number of Fierce Beast attacks on the Nine Realms continues to increase!" stated Feather King solemnly. "Especially this ti, there's been such an increase; it's not a good sign at all. If next ti they raise the numbers, multiplying them several tis over, the Nine Realms might withstand, but the cost would be devastating!"
"Not only that!" Ghost Emperor said solemnly: "They've currently dispatched the Demon Beasts from the Third Region, whose strength is diocre. But if they start capturing beasts from the Fourth Zone, or the Fifth Region, or even directly from the Sixth Region, capturing Sub-Saint Beasts or Holy Beasts, can the Nine Realms withstand such an assault?"
Everyone's expressions changed; what Feather King and Ghost Emperor ntioned is indeed a grave issue.
Over several years, the strength and number of Fierce Beasts attacking the Nine Realms have constantly increased. One day, it might reach the level of Sub-Saint Beasts, or even Holy Beasts. At that point, would the Nine Realms not be completely defenseless? Then, the Nine Realms would be utterly dood!
"Sothing about this seems strange," Demon Emperor said solemnly: "If their goal is to destroy the Nine Realms, why waste ti? They could have dispatched Demon Beasts earlier, or already deployed Sub-Saint Beasts or Holy Beasts to attack the Nine Realms; it would be over. Furthermore, the Guardian Gods behind the scenes hold terrifying power. I suspect the Guardian Gods could obliterate the Nine Realms with re gestures. If they want to deal with the Nine Realms, why not take action themselves? It would be straightforward and avoid these complications. Yet, they haven't taken such actions, choosing instead to send Beast Tars to trouble us for tens of thousands of years, what's their intention?"
Everyone fell into silence, unable to solve this enigma.
"Perhaps their aim isn't to destroy the Nine Realms..." the Netherworld King suddenly said: "Maybe their intention is rely to sche sothing within the Nine Realms!"
"Sothing within the Nine Realms?" Everyone turned surprised attention to the Netherworld King, "Why sche sothing here; they could directly seize it from the Nine Realms, why waste ti?"
"What if they can't seize it?" the Netherworld King paused, quietly added: "Or rather, what if they can't even find it?"
Everyone looked at the Netherworld King in confusion, and Ghost Emperor couldn't help but ask: "What can't they find? Since they possess the power to annihilate the Nine Realms, there's nothing here they can't find!"
The Netherworld King glanced at Su Yang, speaking softly: "For example, the World lting Furnace, for example, Feather Spirit Palace, for example, Demon Abyss!"
With these words, everyone's eyes widened, collectively turning toward Su Yang.
