The Nine Palace Main God took the lead, rushing wildly towards the exit of that light circle.
The few human clan warriors behind frantically tried to block him, but it was already too late. The Nine Palace Main God had no intention of fighting, preferring to take a few hits just to break through this exit. How could they stop him?
Just as the Nine Palace Main God was about to reach the light circle, Su Yang suddenly struck with full force from behind, taking the Nine Palace Main God by surprise and knocking him off course.
Taken aback, the Nine Palace Main God let out an angry roar but had no ti to deal with Su Yang, continuing to accelerate towards the light circle.
Su Yang was also unable to intercept him in ti, as the Guardian Gods ca from behind to attack, forcing Su Yang to fight.
The goal of these Guardian Gods was clear: in such a situation, it was impossible for all of them to break through. So, the best they could do was to try to let one of them escape to find other Guardian Gods for help, giving them hope of survival. The Nine Palace Main God was their best hope for escape, so the Guardian Gods were desperately covering him to ensure he could get away.
At that critical mont, an unexpected event occurred. At the exit of the light circle, a powerful beam of light appeared, sweeping away the Nine Palace Main God who had rushed there.
The Nine Palace Main God was initially full of joy, thinking he could certainly escape, never expecting such an unexpected event.
Enveloped by the beam, the Nine Palace Main God struggled fiercely. However, his power was unable to shake the beam in the slightest, and he was forcibly dragged away from the light circle, losing all hope of escape.
Su Yang widened his eyes, having thought the Nine Palace Main God would surely get away, never expecting such a twist.
anwhile, the Guardian Gods behind were intercepted by the human warriors and were being besieged with full force.
These Guardian Gods had earlier risked everything to help the Nine Palace Main God escape, paying no attention to themselves, leading to injuries. Now, besieged by these stronger human warriors, they had no chance to break free and were soon heavily wounded and captured.
Su Yang witnessed all these events happening beside him, feeling bewildered and unsure of what was going on.
Why were there such powerful human warriors in this wormhole? Moreover, who was the person at the exit? How could soone have such formidable strength to capture the Nine Palace Main God in one move?
As Su Yang was pondering, a human warrior already approached him. It was an old man around sixty or seventy, who scrutinized Su Yang before saying solemnly, "Who are you?"
Su Yang was about to speak when a young man interjected, "He's with those Guardian Gods, definitely a Beast Tar dogging them. Capture him too!"
"Isn't that a bit extre?" the old man retorted, "He just tried to stop the Main God earlier, how could a Beast Tar do such a thing?"
"Saw the situation was bad and tried to oppose the Main God to trick us into trusting him to save his own skin, not unusual!" the young man scoffed.
The old man frowned slightly, looking at Su Yang with so doubt.
Su Yang glanced at the young man and said, "I'm not a Beast Tar, I ca to investigate what they were doing. As a result, I was discovered by them and captured, then brought here!"
"Shut up!" the young man glared, "Do you take us for fools? Are these Guardian Gods charitable souls? You tracked them down, they found you and didn't kill you, instead brought you here? They're being this kind to you?"
Su Yang frowned, unable to ntion anything about his mother, unsure how to reply for the mont.
Just then, a beam of light arrived swiftly, a man within it. He appeared to be an ordinary man, dressed in a green robe, standing there looking rather unremarkable, as if he were just an ordinary person.
However, seeing this man, Su Yang was stunned. As he looked at him, a sense of familiarity washed over him, as if he had seen him sowhere before, yet he couldn't recall where.
As the man approached, the human warriors imdiately bowed respectfully. "Senior, we've captured all the Guardian Gods!"
The man nodded calmly, ignoring the Guardian Gods, his gaze falling on Su Yang. He seed curious about Su Yang, observing him for a long ti, then walked over to Su Yang, circling him to observe closely.
Those nearby human warriors were puzzled, unsure of what the man intended.
The young man murmured softly, "Senior, this person is with the Guardian Gods, likely a Beast Tar!"
The man ignored him, focusing on Su Yang before speaking softly, "This isn't your real appearance, is it?"
Su Yang was taken aback; this man could see he had changed his appearance? How was this possible? The Secret Technique from the Heavenly Destiny Treasure Book was supposed to be undetectable; how did he see it?
Feeling uncertain whether the man was bluffing, Su Yang pretended not to understand, "You... what are you saying?"
The man smiled slightly and said softly, "Your last na is Su, isn't it?"
Su Yang's eyes widened; did this man know his identity? It's understandable he could see through my disguise, but knowing my last na was inexplicable!
"Who... who exactly are you?" Su Yang couldn't help but ask, suspecting so connection with this man. Otherwise, how could he know these things?
"How dare you speak to the senior this way!" the young man snapped angrily.
"No problem!" The man waved his hand, "Take these Guardian Gods away first; I have so things to discuss with him alone."
The human warriors were perplexed by the man's intent but obediently took the Guardian Gods away.
"Don't be surprised," the man chuckled, "I know you've altered your appearance because I've cultivated that cultivation technique too, just superficially, enough to sense so things. As for knowing your last na, haha, that's because I know your mother!"
