All of this, of course, was entirely Su Yang’s doing.
He spread the news, stirred up the Demon Beast Clan’s fury, and further laid the groundwork for an alliance between the Human Clan and the Demon Beast Clan.
Even Jinghong Saint King himself had no idea. The Demon Beast Saint Emperor who had previously attacked and destroyed the Demon Beast Clan’s cities was in fact no longer the original Demon Beast Saint Emperor, but the Great City Lord in disguise.
Su Yang knew very well that if he wanted to truly ignite the Demon Beast Clan’s rage, just having those Demon Beast Saint Emperors capture Jinghong Saint King was far from enough. He had to do sothing that crossed the Demon Beast Clan’s bottom line to really set them off.

So Su Yang killed that Demon Beast Saint Emperor in advance, then sent the Great City Lord in to impersonate him, and used the opportunity to make a huge ss of the whole thing.
Spreading the news afterward was also all Su Yang’s handiwork.
And everything unfolded exactly as Su Yang had anticipated. Once the Demon Beast Clan learned of this, they were all furious to the extre.
They hadn’t cared that much before about these Demon Beasts who had taken refuge with the Guardian God. But now, after pledging themselves to the Guardian God, they ca back to slaughter their own kin—and what’s more, they did it as Saint Emperors, slaughtering ordinary Demon Beasts who had no power to resist. That truly crossed the line.
At the sa ti, Su Yang had the Second City Lord and the others disguise themselves as Demon Beast Saint Emperors, wave the banner and shout slogans, and they recruited a batch of Demon Beast Saint Emperors, yelling that they were going to seek an explanation from those Demon Beast Saint Emperors who had submitted to the Guardian God and force them to hand over Jinghong Saint King.
So after those Saint Emperors brought Jinghong Saint King back, before they had ti to interrogate him and before they could take him to the Guardian Land, they were imdiately blocked at their doorstep by Demon Beast Saint Emperors impersonated by the Second City Lord and Third City Lord, leading a group of genuine Demon Beast Saint Emperors, who pressured them to hand over Jinghong Saint King.
The number of Demon Beast Saint Emperors brought by the Second City Lord and Third City Lord wasn’t large either, just a dozen or so, and the strength of the two sides was roughly equivalent. Under such circumstances, those Demon Beast Saint Emperors who had defected to the Guardian God naturally wouldn’t bow their heads, and they stubbornly declared they would not hand over Jinghong Saint King.
Coupled with the matter of slaughtering those ordinary Demon Beasts, and with the Great City Lord, Second City Lord, and Third City Lord fanning the flas in the middle, after just a short talk the two sides went straight to war.
The final result of this great battle was that on the Demon Beast side, two Saint Emperors fell in battle. And among those Demon Beast Saint Emperors who had taken refuge with the Guardian God, one Saint Emperor was also killed, making the whole affair blow up even more.
This matter did not co to a halt until a Great Saint Emperor rushed over recently. And this Great Saint Emperor was precisely the Great Saint Emperor in charge of the region where Saint Emperor Luan Yu resided.
Saint Emperor Luan Yu was subordinate to this Great Saint Emperor, and Luan Yu’s subjects were essentially this Great Saint Emperor’s subjects.
This Great Saint Emperor had already been very displeased with those Demon Beast Saint Emperors who had pledged themselves to the Guardian God. Now that such an incident had occurred, it directly enraged him.
So, after this Great Saint Emperor arrived, he completely ignored those Demon Beast Saint Emperors’ threats in the na of the Guardian God and forcefully took Jinghong Saint King away. With the Great City Lord, Second City Lord, and Third City Lord constantly fanning the flas, the situation got bigger and bigger.
Three months later, the matter had completely exploded. The Guardian God’s side finally couldn’t sit still anymore. The Guardian God sent out a group of people, who went directly to find that Great Saint Emperor, demanding that he hand over Jinghong Saint King and apologize for what he had done.
For the Guardian God to make such demands was simply an insult to a Great Saint Emperor. How could that Great Saint Emperor possibly agree to sothing like that? So the two sides imdiately went to war.
The Guardian God only sent experts. Although that Great Saint Emperor was powerful, he still suffered a huge loss besieged by those under the Guardian God. He almost lost his life, and Jinghong Saint King was also captured.
At this point, the Demon Beast Clan was thoroughly enraged. When Su Yang received news of it, that injured Great Saint Emperor had already joined up with the other Great Saint Emperors at the first possible mont to discuss the matter together.
Now that things had co this far, Su Yang no longer intervened and instead watched from the sidelines.
At this stage, the conflict between the Demon Beast Clan and the Guardian God had already escalated to the point where it was unavoidable; he didn’t even need to fan the flas anymore. Not only that, he recalled all three Crystal Skulls, no longer allowing them to show themselves outside.
As for Jinghong Saint King, although he had been taken to the Guardian Land, Su Yang was not worried about his safety. Su Yang knew very well that the Guardian God would not kill him.

About another half year later, the Guardian Land suddenly sent out a group of people, inviting the various Great Saint Emperors to the Guardian Land to discuss how the Great World would be divided up and managed from then on.
Almost all the Great Saint Emperors of the Demon Beast Clan received the news, and they were all very surprised. They had no idea what the Guardian God ant by this and naturally could not judge whether this trip would be safe.
