Su Yang looked around at the demon beasts and shook his head helplessly, about to descend into the Spirit Liquid Lake below.
At that mont, Su Yang suddenly noticed sothing unusual among the herd of demon beasts. One beast locked eyes with him briefly before quickly averting its gaze, as if it didn’t dare et Su Yang’s eyes.
This sight gave Su Yang pause. After all, these beasts seed to have lost their intelligence. When he looked at other beasts, their eyes were blank, indicating they were mindless. None of the other beasts would et his gaze or even avoid it.
Being able to make eye contact and then shy away ant this beast definitely had a mind of its own.
Recalling how these beasts had coordinated to attack him earlier, Su Yang was suddenly alard. Perhaps most of the beasts had not regained consciousness, but so of them might have. It was these conscious beasts that were commanding the unaware ones to attack him.
Otherwise, how could what just happened be explained? A group of mindless beasts wouldn’t attack him like that for no reason!
So, this beast definitely had sothing suspicious!
Su Yang imdiately turned and lunged at the beast, and the beast, having locked eyes with Su Yang before, was clearly guarding against him. As Su Yang pounced, it turned and fled, waving its claws to get the surrounding beasts to block Su Yang.
At this, Su Yang was even more certain there was sothing off about the beast!
The other beasts were retreating only out of fear of the illusion behind him, not running in advance like this. Moreover, when other beasts ran, they wouldn’t command others to block Su Yang.
Su Yang accelerated his pace and swiftly pursued. This beast was also at the Great Saint Emperor’s level, its speed not slow at all, and in an instant, it darted into a cave on the distant mountain wall.
Without hesitation, Su Yang followed in, closely trailing the beast.
The beast didn’t expect Su Yang to dare to chase it in and was startled, hastily picking up speed to flee forward.
There was no way Su Yang would let it go, chasing it relentlessly. At this point, Su Yang had to catch up to this beast no matter what.
The beast was fast, but compared to Su Yang, it was still slightly slower. As things stood, Su Yang would eventually catch up to it. Only by catching it could he figure out what was really happening in this valley!
At the sa ti, outside the Nine Realms, a mysterious guest was slowly revealing itself from the void.
If Su Yang were here, he would imdiately recognize that this was Dao Ji.
Dao Ji stood in the void, quietly watching the distant semi-bright moon, a hint of grimness in his eyes.
"So, this is your final hiding place!" Dao Ji murmured: "You clearly discovered this position from that jade talisman long ago, yet you lied to about finding nothing. From the start, you were deceiving !"
None could hear Dao Ji’s words, but if Su Yang were present, he would realize that his mother had indeed been wary of Dao Ji from the beginning.
Dao Ji flew toward the moon, easily breaking through its defenses, landing on its surface.
At that mont, there were still many people stationed on the moon. However, none of them noticed Dao Ji. Even standing right in front of them, he remained invisible to them, as if they were blind.
"How is the strength of the people in this world so weak? It’s a waste of the legacy of the three Supre Emperors!" Dao Ji remarked in surprise as he looked around, frowning again: "This place is quite strange. To think it’s divided into nine worlds, each in a different Great World. Who could possess such thods to span across nine Great Worlds?"
After marveling a few tis, Dao Ji put his hands behind his back and chose one of the passages at random, entering. The other end of this passage led to the Heavenly Realm.
Upon entering the Heavenly Realm, no one noticed Dao Ji. He concealed his presence and form completely, undetectable by ordinary people.
After circling the Heavenly Realm a few tis, Dao Ji shook his head; this wasn’t the place he was searching for.
Leaving the Heavenly Realm, Dao Ji then entered several other worlds. It wasn’t until he reached the sixth one that he arrived at the Human World.
The mont he entered the Human World, Dao Ji’s eyes lit up. He sensed the thing he had been searching for was in this world.
"Finally found it!" Dao Ji’s face was full of joy as he took a casual step, crossing to the outside of the Demon Abyss.
With a casual wave of his hand, he shattered all the seals outside the Demon Abyss, then stepped directly inside.
At that sa ti, deep in the World lting Furnace, Su Yang’s heart suddenly trembled violently.
The seal outside the Demon Abyss had parts personally reinforced by him. He naturally sensed when it was shattered.
Not many could break a seal personally reinforced by him, at least soone of Great Saint Emperor level was required. More crucially, Su Yang sensed that the opponent shattered this seal with just one blow, indicating a strength far beyond his imagination, surpassing even the Great Saint Emperor level.
In this vast Great World, there were not many with such power. Dao Ji had ntioned four people to Su Yang, one unnad, the others being the Main God, Dao Ji, and the Kunpeng Great Saint Emperor.
With the mysterious disappearance of the Kunpeng Great Saint Emperor, the one doing this outside had to be either Dao Ji or the Main God of the Guardian God.
Still, Su Yang felt more inclined to believe it was Dao Ji. The Main God of the Guardian God would have no reason to suddenly co to the Nine Realms.
But if it really was Dao Ji, how did he find it?
Su Yang was filled with questions and was extrely wary. He knew very well that no matter if it was Dao Ji or the Main God of the Guardian God, their finding the Nine Realms spelled its demise.
Though the Nine Realms was currently strong with many Saint Emperors, it was still no match for such a formidable opponent!
Realizing this, Su Yang dared not chase after the beast any longer, hurriedly leaving the cave, descending straight to the Spirit Liquid Lake at the valley’s bottom, traversing through Storm Valley to return to the Human World.
When he arrived in the Human World, dozens of Saint Emperors were already gathered there, the Saint Emperors who currently held sway over the Nine Realms. These Saint Emperors were usually cultivating inside the World lting Furnace and would not erge unless under special conditions.
These Saint Emperors too sensed the shattering of the seal on the Demon Abyss and had rushed out, all with bewildered faces, not knowing what had happened.
