Now reading: Chapter 1400 - 1400 1055 International Top Hospital2 from Surgery Godfather, a Fantasy novel by Ocean And Summer.

Chapter 1400: Chapter 1055: International Top Hospital_2 Chapter 1400: Chapter 1055: International Top Hospital_2 Young doctors here grow up fast in this environnt; each one is an expert, with several trained under Professor Yang Ping or Su Nanchen – their skills are truly top-notch.

“Professor, you always co and go in such a hurry. This ti, I’ll give you a proper tour.”

Replacing bird guns with cannons, Boss Cheng smiles every day. Looking at private hospitals nationwide, which can match this level, this class? An international appointnt costs sixty thousand US dollars, just like the highly sought-after train tickets during Chinese New Year on the 12306 website – snatched up the mont they beco available.

A casual surgery and the hospital stays cost millions of US dollars. World tycoons don’t hesitate before proceeding. Old Cheng could never have dread that owning a hospital would bring him to this level.

Walking through the corridors, most people you et are foreign friends. Eighty percent of the hospital’s patients are from abroad, and the fee structure differs between foreign and dostic patients – it’s much cheaper for the latter, with the cost for foreigners several tis higher.

This hospital has driven up the business of surrounding restaurants and hotels, creating a vast comrcial area.

Boss Cheng leads the way, taking Professor Yang Ping through the hospital to see the surgical building, the dical building, the dical technology building, the administrative building, and more – each one a sight to behold. This hospital is Old Cheng’s pet project, and with Professor Yang Ping as its honorary godfather, it is thriving.

There’s even a dical helicopter on the rooftop for airport pickups, as there are often dical flights from abroad. Arrangents are made to directly bring in patients through a designated green channel.

The Surgical Research Institute, restrained by public hospital policies, can’t spread its wings like this place, so patients that the institute cannot accommodate are all diverted here. Over ti, high-end patients from around the world co to know about this Chinese hospital.

You could say that although this hospital is newly built with no long history or legacy, it has surpassed any other hospital in fa among the world’s top wealth circles.

Walking toward us is a British patient who was diagnosed with brain cancer. Neither the UK nor the US doctors could do anything; they advised him to give up treatnt. But then, a friend recomnded he see Professor Yang in China. After finding out that he’d have to wait years for an appointnt at the Surgical Research Institute, he heard about a new hospital, where Professor Yang was the main surgeon. He flew to China imdiately, regardless of the high cost, for a hospital stay and surgery.

After the surgery, he’s walking around in the hospital and was so moved, he nearly knelt in gratitude to thank the Chinese team who saved his life. Now, even if he has a cold, he’d fly tens of hours to China just for a checkup.

As we walk, a Japanese patient greets us from a distance, bowing long before we arrive. Professor Yang Ping always feels a headache coming on when he sees Japanese patients – they bow so much he’s concerned they might hurt their spines.

This Japanese man is a big shot from so consortium, in need of a heart bypass. Juntendo’s top surgeon in cardiac surgery told him directly to go to China, to Professor Yang Ping.

He was flown to Liquan Hospital by a dical plane. The Surgical Research Institute does not cater to such high-profile individuals unless they are friends of Yang Ping – there, they serve the general populace. They certainly can’t allow the rich to monopolize dical resources, so the wealthy all co here, ensuring regular folks can also benefit from surgeries led by Yang Ping.

No sooner had we left the Japanese patient behind when suddenly, a foreigner in a wheelchair cos rushing towards us. Holy shit! Ershun and a few guards imdiately form a defensive ring, their hands ready in their pockets.

Turns out, he’s a patient with scoliosis from Germany who had surgery days ago. He scoots around in his wheelchair daily, just for the fun of it, though he could walk with a brace.

He’s so excited simply to shake hands with Yang Ping. All patients of Yang Ping’s major surgeries have t him before because he has a habit of never viewing himself as a big shot. Before and after surgeries, he insists on eting his patients to chat, inquire about their dical history, and perform a check-up.

The young man was once twisted up like a knot, and here, he was straightened out hard.

These patients all require very special surgeries, which is why Professor Yang Ping performs the main surgery; other patients are now operated on by our hospital’s own doctors, with Song Zimo and Xu Zhiliang stepping in to tackle the more difficult cases. There really aren’t many instances that require Professor Yang himself.

Upon arrival at the stem cell treatnt ward, which is a newly opened ward, Yang Ping was stunned – the entire ward’s decoration had a sci-fi vibe, deeply impressing him.

This ward is a collaboration with the Stem Cell Laboratory, and it is also the place where Tang Shun’s so-called rejuvenation project is being implented.

“Professor, this place isn’t officially operational yet, but we’ve already received several billion US dollars in reservation fees. It seems there are many wealthy people in this world who all yearn for eternal youth. Doctor Tang is really talented; with his managent, we’ve reached the pinnacle of clinical stem cell treatnt in one step,” Boss Cheng proudly explained at his side.

Yang Ping is imrsed in surgery and scientific research every day, with little ti to pay attention to these matters. He didn’t expect, while wandering around today, that the hospital had developed to this extent.

“Doctor Tang said to get ready – following the stem cell treatnt ward, there will be a unique tumor treatnt ward. This new ward will use a unique thod to treat tumors, charging ten million US dollars per injection. Is there so kind of black technology being introduced?” Old Cheng wasn’t quite clear on the specific details from the Institute.

“Tumor treatnt that starts at ten million US dollars per injection? How co I wasn’t inford?” Yang Ping was taken aback by the question.

This confused Old Cheng: “How can it be, Professor? It’s impossible. Doctor Tang isn’t joking around; he’s very serious. I’ve got the ward ready, just waiting for this project to kick off.”

“What’s going on? I really don’t know about this,” said Yang Ping, who wasn’t involved in these matters.

Boss Cheng thought for a mont and said, “He ntioned using a special virus to treat tumors, a completely new and unique tumor treatnt thod in the world.”

So that’s the situation. These preparations were made without even a concrete plan in place.

“He said that this special treatnt thod is currently in experintal stages. But it’s not wrong to be prepared; maybe it will be successful tomorrow or soday soon, and we can launch it,” Yang Ping told Boss Cheng.

“Soday soon?” said Boss Cheng.

“Yes, maybe tomorrow, or ten years from now,” Yang Ping replied.

Boss Cheng looked baffled; the ti fra was too broad. But no matter, it’s best to be ready just in case it’s launched at any ti.

Walking with Boss Cheng, Yang Ping encountered several patients and t many doctors when visiting the operating room – so of whom were his forr colleagues from City People’s Hospital. They had now been trained as key backbone doctors; under Yang’s guidance, they had made rapid progress. After being sent to rotate through several top hospitals and returning, each one had beco a key talent heavily relied upon by Boss Cheng. Especially Doctor Wan, the first to join, who is now considered a key young talent.

“Professor, I’ve been taking special care of these brothers of yours. They’re doing well and haven’t let you down, each making swift progress,” Boss Cheng introduced the current situation of these doctors.

“It seems that this hospital really is a top international hospital, worthy of the ‘top’ descriptor in both technology and fees,” Yang Ping remarked.

Boss Cheng wasn’t sure if the comnt was a complint or a slight, so he said, “Professor, we don’t just have high fees – we also offer charity work. Every year, we provide charity quotas for free, to ordinary people who couldn’t be treated at other hospitals and can’t afford dical expenses here. So, in terms of charity, we’re also at the top. We’re top in four things: technology, operations, fees, charity.”
