Chapter 1473: Chapter 1100: Please Accept This Junior’s Bow

Haiyun Manor is now bustling with excitent, every eting room packed to the brim, with various academic conferences happening every day. Unexpectedly, the wedding has beco the world’s largest and most comprehensive dical academic conference.

Not only are the conference rooms large and small bustling, but in every corner of the manor, scholars may gather for impromptu academic salons, enveloping the entire hotel with a strong academic ambiance.

Even so top-level figures are baffled upon hearing news of this academic conference in China, unable to understand how such a grand conference could take place without their invitation.

Upon inquiry, they find that the host of this academic conference is unknown, and the academic institutions capable of organizing such an event are few. The bigwigs attempt to investigate but can’t find information; however, when asking other influential figures, they discover so have already received news and are on their way. Could it be that they are so insignificant as not to receive an invitation to such a grand academic gathering?

Further inquiries reveal this to be Professor Yang Ping’s wedding. Professor Yang? With a resounding reputation internationally, it all makes sense now. The bigwigs feel a sense of loss inside but are also itching to join in the fun. Without an invitation, an unannounced arrival would surely an being turned away, so they reluctantly give up the idea. Missing such a significant academic event is a true regret.

Professor Liang from Xiehe Hospital has already arrived at Haiyun Villa, and Yang Ping makes ti to et him. Professor Liang is in high spirits and imdiately grasps Yang Ping’s hand firmly upon seeing him: “I must attend your wedding. It is quite unique, upon entering, I thought I was at an academic conference. The large and small conference rooms are full of presentations, with the main and breakout sessions forming spontaneously. I have never experienced an academic conference of such scale and vibrancy. Several Nobel Prize laureates are here, and I’ve heard more are on their way.”

“I truly didn’t expect so many people and such a scale, it’s quite unexpected, so please forgive the chaos,” Professor Su says politely by his side.

Professor Liang waves a hand, “Don’t worry about us; focus on your tasks. We’ll just wander around by ourselves. I haven’t felt this happy in a long ti.”

Professor Liang was always worried that Yang Ping would go abroad, but after learning that high-value offers from overseas to attract Yang Ping were all declined, the weight in his heart lifted. As for the matter with Zhang Chunquan, Professor Liang has long forgotten and is no longer affected in the slightest.

“Professor Yang, I know you are busy; don’t mind us. We old fellows will just stroll about and pop into any conference room that suits us,” Professor Liang gestures to Academician Xiang approaching.

Yang Ping had t Academician Xiang the day before yesterday. As soone who conducts anatomical research, he has very close ties with the clinical dicine community and has been good friends with Professor Liang for decades.

“I will arrange a student to accompany you,” Yang Ping says respectfully.

“No need, with all the waitstaff and security around, are you afraid we’ll get lost?” Professor Liang declines.

“Alright then, Professor Liang, Professor Xiang, we’ll et again at dinner,” Professor Su greets and is about to rush off elsewhere. He’s heard that Professor Lin from the National University Hospital of Singapore has arrived.

Yang Ping isn’t as busy as Professor Su. He just makes a point of eting a few well-acquainted seniors and friends. For those he’s not familiar with, he doesn’t bother, so after eting Professor Liang, he rushes off to tour the conference areas.

Professors Manstein and August happen to be looking for Yang Ping and bump into Professor Liang, imdiately bowing, acknowledging the seniority of Yang’s predecessor, and thus their own.

“These two?” Professor Liang has seen them before at academic conferences in Europe and Arica, as they often play prominent roles there. But to Chinese eyes, all foreigners look sowhat similar, and it can be hard to rember faces.

“Professors Manstein and August from Charité dical College!” Yang Ping introduces imdiately.

So it’s these two top scholars!

Professor Liang looks at them with curiosity. In Yang’s presence, they are extrely respectful, and many professors around, upon hearing it’s Manstein and August, can’t help but feel respect as well. Seeing them defer to Yang, it’s clear just how prestigious Professor Yang’s status is.

Dean Xia and Director Han also find ti to co and take a look, coincidentally encountering Yang Ping and Professor Liang chatting. Dean Xia greets with his booming voice, “Professor Liang!”

“Hello, Dean Xia, you seem to have grown even more imposing!” Professor Liang jokes as they shake hands.

Dean Xia puffed out his chest: “Most certainly, thanks to Professor Yang, I now feel like I’m growing taller every day, striding along briskly and vigorously.”

Professor Yang Ping had just taken August and Manstein for a tour of the venue and left.

“Professor Robert?”

A tall, red-nosed foreigner in a long gown, who, despite the approach of winter, was still fanning himself with a folding fan.

“Senior, please accept my respectful salutation!” Robert bowed deeply in front of Director Han, with utmost courtesy.

Director Han was already used to this fellow.

What’s with this foreigner? Why is he acting so peculiar, Professor Liang wondered.

“Delighted to et you, I’ve long admired you!” After paying his respects to Director Han, Professor Robert went on to shake hands with the others gracefully.

Professor Liang was quite surprised; he spoke so fluently that one couldn’t tell a foreigner was speaking Chinese. It was just that his language was a bit archaic, so it sounded a bit unusual.

“Professor Robert!” Professor Ye from the Imperial Capital Third Hospital imdiately ca up to shake his hand.

Robert smiled and said, “My family na is Luo, actually you may better address as Professor Luo.”

Professor Ye was taken aback, and imdiately corrected himself: “Professor Luo!”

Professor Ye is a top dostic expert in sports dicine and has t Robert at academic conferences in Europe and Arica.

These professors are all actually very busy, usually swamped with work. The fact that they all could co early this ti was because they wanted to participate in academic exchanges, which is why the prelude to the wedding is so lively.

“Big brother Luo!”

A call from behind, followed by Woodhead, Griffin, and John Ansen, the three musketeers, approaching from a distance. The three originally t at Professor Feng Tiancheng’s consultation eting in Shanghai and were the founders of the international group, claiming the title of the founding three musketeers in the group.

“Brother Wood, Brother Griffin, Brother John! Why have the three gentlen arrived just now?” Robert greeted with a bow, his posture flawless.

“Busy to the point of being head over heels,” Woodhead took over the conversation.

Hearing this, Robert thought the Chinese proficiency was not bad, so why couldn’t he ever pass level four.

Professor Liang’s eyes widened; these foreigners were speaking Chinese so fluently, if not for hearing it with his own ears, he would never believe the conversation was between foreigners. Except for Professor Robert’s archaic way of speaking, the other foreigners’ Chinese was indistinguishable from that of the Chinese.

“Who are these gentlen?” Woodhead inquired.

Professor Robert imdiately proceeded with the introductions.
