At this stage, no internal dicine doctor can answer because it exceeds the scope of knowledge they learned. If one continues deeper on this foundation, it becos even less likely that any doctor knows.
Don’t talk about such complex knowledge; being able to describe the pharmacological knowledge of commonly used drugs within any specialty, like pharmacokinetics knowledge, already falls far short of one percent.
Morris is facing this problem now. It’s not that he’s not excellent, not that he’s not a good neurosurgeon, but he’s too excellent. His knowledge is limited to the diagnosis, treatnt, and surgery of neurosurgical diseases, beyond this field.
