Su Xiaong blushed, turned her eyes away, and stuffed the chicken into her mouth.
The at was tender and indeed had a hint of herbal flavor, but it wasn’t the bitterness of Chinese dicine; rather, it was sowhat sweet.
Is dicinal cuisine always this delicious? Su Xiaong, enjoying the taste, quietly kept stuffing at into her mouth.
When she was about half full, she belatedly looked at Yin Shixiu, "Uncle... did you go out early for this?"
Yin Shixiu paused his chopsticks and then replied with a "Hmm" sound.
Su Xiaong was imdiately touched, completely unaware of the insincerity in Yin Shixiu’s "Hmm".
"Actually, you didn’t have to bother... The porridge was already delicious."
"A bit of nutrition helps you recover faster." Yin Shixiu picked up a piece of fish for her.
Su Xiaong nodded bashfully.
Yin Shixiu glanced at her reddening earlobes, an unnoticed smile appeared on his lips, and the fatigue of the morning disappeared instantly.
He returned to the Yin Mansion early in the morning to apologize to the old master; the old master didn’t really hold it against him, but the old madam nagged in his ear for a long ti.

After spinning around all morning, it finally ca to an end, and the dicinal cuisine... he thought of it only when he t the nutritionist.
"What do you want to do this afternoon?"
Yin Shixiu asked.
Su Xiaong sniffed and looked at him, "Don’t you have to work?"
"It’s Saturday today."
"Oh." Su Xiaong thought for a mont, pointed at the sixty-inch TV in front, and said, "How about we watch a movie?"
"Sure, you go find one you like."
After Yin Shixiu finished tidying up the dishes, Su Xiaong had already found a movie. To his surprise, she picked a Hollywood blockbuster.
She looked at him with stars in her eyes, "Uncle, you’ll definitely like this one!"
Yin Shixiu didn’t have a preference for the type of film, so he casually responded. Seeing that Su Xiaong was only wearing a light garnt, he went back to the room and brought her a blanket.
Hollywood movies still carried the usual heroism, in which the protagonist, after being betrayed by the organization, ford a private intelligence group. When the country faced a significant threat, they overca many obstacles to protect their holand.
The plot was simple, but the scenes were grand.
Unfortunately, both Su Xiaong and Yin Shixiu drifted off to sleep before the movie ended.
The indoor heating was on, and Su Xiaong also wrapped in a blanket, but it seed not warm enough. She eventually snuggled into Yin Shixiu’s embrace, holding his waist as if hugging a large fluffy bear.
She slept soundly, while Yin Shixiu, being a light sleeper, was woken up by her fidgeting.
His first reaction was a blank, followed by indescribable, subtle emotions.
A nineteen-year-old girl, why could she so effortlessly stir his emotions?
Age, identity, background, status...
She and he were like two parallel lines that were never ant to intersect. Yet, not only did they cross paths, but they were coinciding now. However... how long could they coincide?
"Umm... Uncle..."
"Hmm?" Yin Shixiu thought she woke up and instinctively responded, but he waited for a long ti without any follow-up.
Looking down, her eyes were tightly closed, her long lashes still, and her cute pink lips slightly pouted.
Su Xiaong felt as if she had been possessed by the god of sleep!
Sleeping at night, sleeping in the morning, sleeping in the afternoon too! And once she slept, it was for several hours...
