The defensive formation on the city walls was forcibly torn open with a bloody gap by this fatal blow from above!

"Second-in-Command! Third-in-Command! Get up there!" soone scread shrilly.

Two figures burst from their command positions inside the wall, intercepting the Commander of Five Hundred who looked like a demon god.

One held twin blades, moving like a phantom; he must be the Second-in-Command, "Blood Hand."

The other held a spear, thrusting it like a dragon straight for the Commander of Five Hundred's eye sockets; he was the Third-in-Command, "Jackal."

Blood Hand's twin blades left trails of afterimages, focusing on the horse's legs and the joints of the Commander of Five Hundred's armor with startling speed.

Jackal's spear was even more cunning and ruthless, sealing off almost every vital point on the Commander of Five Hundred's upper body.

However, the absolute gap in levels and the horror of the elite template were fully displayed at this mont.

The Commander of Five Hundred didn't even spare Jackal a second glance, delivering a simple yet lightning-fast thrust with his horse-slaying spear!

"Pfft!"

Jackal's full-force thrust was parried by the horse-slaying spear, and he himself, along with his spear, was pierced through the chest by that terrifying tip and pinned to a wooden pillar behind him! The life in his eyes vanished instantly.

"Third Brother!!" Blood Hand's eyes nearly split from rage, his blade-light becoming even faster. But the Commander of Five Hundred simply flicked his wrist, withdrew the spear, and followed up with a backswing.

Blood Hand struggled to cross his twin blades in a block.

"Clang—Crack!"

The twin blades snapped instantly! The remaining montum of the horse-slaying spear slamd heavily into Blood Hand's waist and abdon.

The Second-in-Command, known for his agility and ruthlessness, flew through the air like a tattered sack, crashing through a section of the battlents and slumping down, clearly not long for this world.

Two masters, killed in a single encounter!

"It's over..." On the west wall, the morale of the Black Wolf Den defenders collapsed completely like an avalanche with the death of the two masters.

So dropped their weapons and fled, while others stood in place in despair.

The Skeleton Five Hundred Lord rampaged inside the west wall like the God of Death, flesh and blood flying wherever he passed.

Without effective command and morale, the west wall's defense line quickly disintegrated under the dual impact of the external Skeleton Soldiers and internal collapse.

Large numbers of skeletons climbed over the walls and poured into the camp, the shadows of slaughter and destruction instantly enveloping the entire Black Wolf Den.

"Now! Retreat! To the east!" In the chaos, a burly man with one eye and a fierce face—the First Master, "One-Eyed Wolf"—let out a desperate and frenzied roar.

Only a dozen or so core, well-equipped loyalists remained by his side.

One-Eyed Wolf's gaze swept across the center of the camp, now a sea of fire and slaughter, where their warehouses, workshops... and wealth more precious than warehouses were located.

Gritting his teeth, he roared, "To the artisan district! Grab those blacksmiths, tailors, and that old brewer! Hurry!"

He knew the camp was finished. But as long as he had these precious life-professionals, he had the capital to make a coback!

The dozen or so n, like stray dogs, burst out with a final ferocity, forcing their way through the sporadic skeleton blockades and rushing toward the artisan district.

Soon, they were dragging along about ten panicked, pale-faced production professionals—blacksmiths covered in soot, tailors clutching asuring tapes, a trembling old brewer, and a dazed carpenter.

There were also two half-grown children who looked like apprentices, being forced along as they fled for their lives toward the northeast back gate ⊛ Nоvеlιght ⊛ (Read the full story) of Black Wolf Den, where damage was relatively light.

That was exactly where Lin Feng and the others were lying in wait!

At the ambush point.

The speed of Black Wolf Den's collapse below was staggering.

From the Commander of Five Hundred breaching the wall to the deaths of the two masters and the disintegration of the defense line, only a few minutes had passed.

The soaring flas, shrill screams, and the clattering sound of bone friction combined to form a hellish scene.

Zhao Hu and the others watched with sweaty palms, shocked by the Commander of Five Hundred's terror and the sudden turn of events.

If they had approached recklessly just now, they would probably be trapped in it as well.

Just then, the sharp-eyed Shadow Snake whispered, "People are escaping, coming our way."

Everyone focused their attention. In the northeast corner of Black Wolf Den, a small door was burst open, and a dozen or so disheveled figures rushed out in a panic, followed by so people scrambling and crawling.

"It's One-Eyed Wolf!" Zhao Hu's eyes narrowed, instantly recognizing the leading burly man. "He's not dead! And he's brought people... those are... life-professionals! He wants to snatch them and run!"

Everyone's breath hitched, their gazes turning in unison toward Lin Feng.

At this mont, the corners of Lin Feng's mouth curled up uncontrollably.

"Good! Well done, One-Eyed Wolf! Defeated and fleeing, yet still not forgetting to 'carry the assets'? Truly... thoughtful!"

Lin Feng laughed softly, his eyes shining terrifyingly bright. "The whole army, advance! Leave no one alive! Focus on protecting those life-professionals, don't let them get hurt!"

"Brother Zhao, take Tie Dun and Scarface Liu for a frontal interception! Shadow Snake, Jian Yan, follow to flank them and cut off their retreat. Prioritize killing One-Eyed Wolf!"

"Yes!"

Having waited for so long and witnessed an incredible battle of offense and defense, the forty-five elites pounced silently from their ambush point like a pack of wolves that had found their prey.

Using the terrain and the cover of night, they split into two groups, quickly encircling the fleeing party like a pair of pincers.

At this mont, One-Eyed Wolf's heart was filled only with the panic of escape and fantasies of the future. He never expected that on the escape route he thought was safest and most unlikely to have an ambush, a killing intent would suddenly descend!

When they reached a relatively open rocky slope, a row of silent figures suddenly stood up in the darkness ahead!

The leader held a bone-crushing greatsword that looked incredibly familiar to him, with cold battle intent flashing in his eyes—Zhao Hu!

"Scarface? It's you!!" One-Eyed Wolf was shocked and furious, instantly understanding everything. "You're the ones behind this!"

"Surrender, hand over the production professionals, and I'll spare your life." Zhao Hu didn't want to waste words, pointing his greatsword at him.

"In your dreams! Charge through!" One-Eyed Wolf roared, knowing they couldn't stop; once delayed, the skeletons behind would catch up and they'd be finished.

He swung his battle-axe and led the charge toward Zhao Hu, with his dozen loyalists following suit with bloodshot eyes.

However, just as they engaged Zhao Hu, Tie Dun, and the others, sharp whistling sounds suddenly rang out from the side and rear!

"Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!"

Three tricky arrows shot out from the shadows, accurately sinking into the necks or leg joints of three Black Wolf Den thugs.

Imdiately after, a dark-red spear shadow, like a lurking venomous dragon, erupted from One-Eyed Wolf's blind spot—his right rear!

Before the spear even arrived, a searing and fierce killing intent made the hair on One-Eyed Wolf's back stand on end!

"Who is it?" One-Eyed Wolf roared, forcing himself to turn and hurriedly sweeping his battle-axe back.

"Clang!!!"
