Edna turned her head to look again at the fireworks over Lake Luo, hesitantly asking: "Are you going... to see Dimogogan?"

"I only manage the Styx," Kranvo quickly responded, "Jacob didn’t assign to guard Toril."

Then he turned to glance at the explosions over Lake Luo: "Though the fireworks are beautiful, Midnight won’t see them.

There’s no way I can bring her, who is asleep, to see the excitent."

Edna’s lips curled slightly: "Then hurry and take her back!

Settle Midnight first and then talk.

After all, when Amanata can’t hold on and starts seeking help from Toril, Jacob won’t be able to avoid joining the commotion even if he doesn’t want to.

At the very least, you all have to join in."

Kranvo glanced at Edna, brewing words of gratitude, just about to speak when he was interrupted by a female voice from behind: "Can you hurry up?

Edna has important matters to attend to!

No ti-wasting!"

The Soul Fire in Kranvo’s eyes flickered... he certainly knew who the mortal was that dared to make such an incredible move during a conversation between two formidable divine powers.

But he intended to thank Edna, not to make an enemy over a slight offense.

Moreover, while the Undead Tribe tends to be unruly in their ways, they do show so respect to the Toril Gods in public... the gossip is always behind their backs.

It seed Edna indeed had urgent matters with this mber of the Undead Tribe.

Then there was no need to say the prepared words of thanks... he wasn’t interested in returning kindness with enmity.

Having swiftly thought through all this, Kranvo simply thanked her, perford a Knight’s salute, and vanished instantly with the beautiful red Immortal’s Visit.

However, the first to rush to Edna’s side was her Elvia.

The White Dragon Queen, who had been waiting on the Magic Ship, repeatedly looked at her friend who had already transford into a divine body: "Ah! Nothing happened, that’s great!"

’Old Age Striking King’ ca over, "Did you really intend to say sothing polite to that guy? I was worried to death! Afraid you wouldn’t finish fighting today.

A three versus two God War!"

Edna smiled: "But, luck is on my side, ah~"

It’s hard to say if she should be considered lucky.

All of Edna’s enemies along the way loved playing conspiracies, and their tactics were indeed nurous.

Honestly, if she really were a naive young girl with no mory, her fate would be tragic.

Unfortunately, she indeed had no mory... but even with Midnight’s mories, Edna felt they were useless.

If that person was intelligent, to be honest, she wouldn’t have gone through life and death struggles with Kranvo.

Instead, it was the moryless Edna, who was nurtured with various secrets about protecting herself from fire, theft, and n, that found it genuinely difficult to fall for tricks.

From the age of twelve, each Undead Tribe mber continually attempted to teach her how to guard against various drug uses, how to see through the false friendships hidden beneath sweet words.

The focus for boys and girls was different... after integrating both, Edna lived particularly clearly.

And as for conspiracy, no matter how ruthless or cruel, as long as Edna didn’t fall for it, it was all for naught.

If An He wasn’t still trying to plot against her, using Xaries’ dark aspect to directly confront them, perhaps he might still hold on for a mont.

After all, his personal combat strength couldn’t compare to the arrogant creature flying in the sky beside him.

And Kranvo, as a ferocious Knight who could storm into the Bottomless Abyss with his incarnation slaying all around, handling An He was just child’s play.

If he weren’t rushing to end the battle earlier, Edna wouldn’t even need to lend a hand... it would have taken just a few more hours at most.

But Edna also understood why he was so hurried.

For An He, as long as he couldn’t control Edna, no matter how long he holds, it would be aningless.

He didn’t have the confidence to directly suppress the Master of Death and the Goddess of Magic... if he had such abilities, why fuss with conspiracies?

"The battle over the ocean is over, the Old Dog said, the matters of Lake Luo don’t concern you much... those are Shaer’s dealings.

Hydra is currently striving to restrain the crust of the Chult Peninsula.

It seems he’s waiting for Manks too.

So, it should be unrelated to you now?" ’Old Age Striking King’ asked swiftly.

Edna nodded with a smile: "As long as I don’t volunteer, then it’s fine."

"Then what are we waiting for?" ’Old Age Striking King’ patted Elvia’s big claw, "Hurry up, let’s go back to Hidden Town together.

Ride on the White Dragon, Goddess of Magic, let’s set off!"

Edna expressed her most radiant smile on her face; she certainly understood the aning behind the words of the Striking King.

With a wave, she summoned a whirlwind to transport herself and the ’Old Age Striking King’ onto Elvia’s back. Edna cheerfully shouted, "Elvia~ we’re going ho~"

The slender and beautiful white dragon took a few swift steps on the ground, then with a flap of its wings, soared directly north, leaving the still-trembling Chult behind.

"Are you really okay not staying in Chult?" The ’Old Age Striking King’ asked, slightly worried.

"Of course not," Edna replied softly, "as long as I don’t want to compete with Shaer over aningless things, then it’s not a problem.

However, many people think I wouldn’t give up on those things."

"What things?" The ’Old Age Striking King’ tilted his head, asking, "Does it have anything to do with your future?"

"Faith," Edna said simply, believing the Striking King understood why she chose to stay out of it.

"That thing, huh~" the ’Old Age Striking King’ thought for a mont before saying, "In Teraxil’s understanding, it’s honey mixed with poison.

But here in Toril, I see many deities drinking it."

"The world is too harsh," Edna said, though discussing a serious topic, her eyes seed to glow with intense joy. "Moreover, here in Toril, faith isn’t really poisonous since most mortals are not truly sincere.

And many deities don’t care if their personalities change.

At most, they are a bit disdainful, but it’s not unusable."

"So, here it’s honey mixed with shit?" the ’Old Age Striking King’ said sharply.

"Ah... Although as the manager of the Weave, I don’t plan to learn from Black Eye and create various sources of faith for myself, so I naturally won’t have any dedicated churches in the future," Edna said without blinking, "but...

Forget it, actually, you’re not wrong, but consider Shaer who also plays with faith."

The ’Old Age Striking King’ blinked: "Shaer, isn’t she the Primordial Goddess? What faith would she need?"

"Hmm..." Edna suddenly revealed a cunning smile, "You see, she’s been fighting with her twin sister for hundreds of thousands of years... her sister even fell to Lower Rank Divine Power.

Even if she’s still strong, she definitely got hurt!

So, even if that honey is hard to swallow, she has to force it down to heal herself a bit."

The ’Old Age Striking King’ finally realized what the two of them were discussing: "Can Shaer see here?"

"William should be able to see everything happening with you guys, right?" Edna rotated slightly, half-lying down, resting her head lightly on the ’Old Age Striking King’s shoulder, "It just depends on whether he wants to relay your adjectives."

"Oh~~" the ’Old Age Striking King’ elongated his voice, "then don’t worry about it, couples! They always have to face all sorts of choices."

Elvia couldn’t help but burst out laughing: "To be the Main God of your Undead Tribe, what a tragic ending!"

"Tch~" the ’Old Age Striking King’ patted a scale in front of them, "Hm? Elvia, what’s up with your scales, why do the edges seem to have changed?"

"No choice, the other party in the contract turned into the Goddess of Magic." Elvia sighed, looking helpless, "So, my soul got tainted with her color.

I just hope I won’t turn into a purple dragon afterward... I really dislike Athyst Dragons~"

"How could that be possible?" Edna laughed, "At most, it’ll turn a pale purple in so places, and, besides, the Weave’s radiance is blue and white!"

"Eh?" The ’Old Age Striking King’ suddenly rembered, "What about Arausato? Did he go to Hidden Town first?"

Elvia said calmly, "He was a bit shaken when he saw his own blue scales and now is sulking in Agleya, hugging the little white dragon!

Don’t worry about him, male dragons are always like this... they anticipate it early on, but when the mont cos, they can’t face reality.

We’ll have the Undead Tribe call him over once we arrive.

After he’s completely given up, he’ll behave himself!"

Edna and the ’Old Age Striking King’ laughed together... Arausato was probably lanting because of Elvia’s ambiguous words, right?

He probably thinks it’s all reality now, but at the ti, he probably heard a different aning.

But this is a little quirk between their couple; they had no need to ddle in others’ affairs.

Edna just lightly stood up, looking at the increasingly evident Purple Cristal Castle in the night, floating above the Hidden Forest, her face full of excitent and emotion.

"Exactly as I imagined." She suddenly smiled, with beautiful black eyes glowing, "I thought I wouldn’t get a chance to say this!"

Then she widened her eyes.

The wind carried a chorus: "Happy Birthday to you~ Happy Birthday to you~ Happy Birthday dear Edna~ Happy Birthday to you."

A simple tune, with repetitive lyrics, yet it was a blessing sung by millions simultaneously.

The battle had ended, and the Undead Tribe... those who watched Edna grow from a little girl to today, specially ca together to sing a birthday song for Edna.

The Purple Cristal Castle lit up layer by layer as the White Dragon Queen flew closer.

The handso Lord of Agleya, wearing a white silk robe, stood at the forefront of the island, smiling towards them, his long golden hair gently swaying in the night breeze.

The mbers of the Black Rose family stood behind him, singing loudly.

The Undead Tribe chose to give this most prominent spot entirely to those about to part ways with Edna.
