Carl and Miller had already arrived and, along with a few other legendaries, were standing to the right of the central red carpet in the hall.

Fran walked over to where Miller and the others were, gesturing for Adrian and Hill to stand behind, where Hensley, Phillips, and their group were stationed.
Hensley quietly introduced the two of them to these legendary inheritors: only Magisters and Sky Knights were qualified to stand here and greet each other.
As inheritors of the legendaries, they were all aware of what happened yesterday.
Everyone was cautious, exchanging brief introductions and greetings before continuing to stand silently.
Envoys from other nations arrived promptly, and upon arrival, quickly positioned themselves near where the Saral Nobles stood.
