The female glared at the Beastman Warrior who had spoken, her eyes blazing with fury. "Go over there for what? To get chewed out?"
With that, she turned and left in a huff.
The Beastman hesitated for a mont but still walked over to the Snow Tiger Tribe.
"Young female, on behalf of the Lion Tribe, I apologize to you and your partner."
The Beastman Warrior’s gaze was sincere and bright, showing him to be an honorable male.
Wu Yue t his gaze. "Yuan Lang is not my partner. I hold no animosity toward the Lion Tribe’s Beastman Warriors, but I don’t like seeing warriors from my own tribe falsely accused."
The Beastman Warrior nodded. "It’s the sa for all of us."
Wu Yue smiled and nodded. "I accept your apology, but only yours."
As she finished speaking, the Snow Tiger Tribe Beastman Warriors let out a roar that shook the forest. After bidding farewell to the beastn of the Black Wolf Tribe, they departed.
The Lion Tribe Beastman Warrior’s gaze was profound as he watched them disappear into the distance.
Unlike the Black Wolf Tribe’s territory, the forest at noon was not as scorching. Refreshing breezes would even drift through from ti to ti. But...

Wu Yue glanced at Yuan Lang. "You tell them."

Yuan Qi pinched his own cheek, then reached out to feel his son’s forehead. "Are you running a fever, kid? What nonsense are you spouting?"
Yuan Lang helplessly removed his Father’s hand, then held his own large hand out to Wu Yue. "Take it out and let Father and the others have a taste."
Wu Yue chuckled and took out several palm-sized, deep-blue crystals from the small basket at her side.
"Uncle Yuan Qi, you all have a taste."
The Beastman Warriors took the deep-blue crystals from Wu Yue, their expressions exceptionally strange as they looked at the pair.
Yuan Qi sighed softly. "I know you two want the tribe to have salt, so the Beastman Warriors don’t have to risk their lives trading for it by the sea.
But it’s the sa for every tribe in the Polar Forest."
He held up the deep-blue Crystal Stone in his rough, large hand. "Look at it. This Crystal Stone doesn’t look anything like salt."
Wu Yue looked at the tall, wise Beastman Warrior with amusent. "Uncle Yuan Qi, that’s why you have to lick it. This is our Polar Forest’s very own salt; of course it’s different from the kind we get from the sea."
Seeing the serious expressions on their faces, Yuan Qi’s hand, which was holding the deep-blue Crystal Stone, trembled. His voice was low and strained. "Is it... is it really salt?"
Yuan Lang patted his Father’s shoulder. "Try it for yourself."
The surrounding Snow Tiger Tribe Beastman Warriors all stared at Yuan Qi. Those holding the deep-blue crystals unconsciously tightened their grip.
Yuan Qi slowly brought the Crystal Stone to his lips, extending his tongue to lightly touch the crystal’s surface.
A flavor so familiar it made him want to weep instantly spread from the tip of his tongue, filling his entire mouth.
Unlike the salt they traded for by the sea, which carried a trace of bitterness, the flavor of this deep-blue crystal was exceptionally pure.
The Beastman’s deep-set eyes instantly flew wide. "It... It really is salt!"
