Yuan Lang nodded, looking sowhat speechless. "Judging by the fur color, that’s the Lion Tribe alright."

The Shun Yuan at the very front was exceptionally large. It was holding a young Beastman Warrior by the legs, letting him thrash and howl without being moved in the slightest.
Finally, the Shun Yuan seed to get annoyed by the Beastman Warrior’s ’misbehavior.’ It raised a palm larger than a cattail fan and slapped down at the struggling Lion Tribe Beastman Warrior.
The Shun Yuan’s bodies were extrely tough, so the Beastman Warriors always did their best to avoid clashing with them head-on during a fight.
If you got kicked by one of them, the sll would be the least of your worries—it was a guaranteed death sentence.
Now that this Lion Tribe Beastman Warrior was about to be slapped at such close range, he was probably a goner.
Just as everyone was preparing to offer a mont of silence for the Lion Tribe Beastman Warrior, the Shun Yuan’s raised palm unexpectedly ca down gently, landing with surprising accuracy right on the warrior’s butt.
Yuan Lang, Teng Qian, and Teng Kun shuddered. Such ’affection’ between this particular pair was just bizarre.
The Beastman Warrior in its grasp seed dumbfounded as well. After a mont of stiffness, he grew even more furious and humiliated, his roars and struggles intensifying.
The Black Wolf Beastn standing by didn’t know whether to worry for the warrior or to burst out laughing.
However, his struggles lasted less than three seconds. Soon after, all the other beastn’s shoulders began to shake irregularly, a clear sign they were holding back laughter.
The Black Wolf Tribe’s leader, the only one who still had himself under control, sidled up to Yuan Lang with tiny, mincing steps.
Watching his ’captivating’ little shuffle, Yuan Lang’s eyes darkened. He had the sudden urge to swipe a claw at him.
’That walk, like he was clenching sothing of unknown origin between his thighs, was a gait Yuan Lang often saw before he ca to this world.’
’It was the way the won among those island bandits walked—old hags with their hair in topknots.’
’Those bandits looked like stunted winter lons that had never been properly fertilized, yet they constantly plagued the coastal people, burning, killing, and pillaging without restraint.’
But rembering that this was just a Black Wolf Tribe Beastman Warrior, Yuan Lang suppressed the disgust he felt for those stunted winter lons.
"So, are we saving him or not?"
Yuan Lang glanced at him. "We are."
’What a stupid question. We’re all grasshoppers on the sa string now. How could we not save him?’
Just as they were about to discuss a rescue strategy, a faint rustling ca from the grass not far behind them. All the beastn instantly turned, on high alert.
A mont later, it was as if golden chrysanthemums were blooming in the grass...
That familiar color...
Yuan Lang’s voice, carried by the Beast God’s Power, traveled straight toward those golden tufts. "Is that the Lion Tribe’s Beastman Warriors?"
Sure enough, the mont he finished speaking, several large Beastman Warrior faces popped up from beneath the ’chrysanthemums.’
Seeing the mbers of the Snow Tiger Tribe and Black Wolf Tribe ahead, the Lion Beastn were happier than if they’d seen their own mothers.
Their filthy, broad faces lit up with surprise, and they scurried over with a SWISH SWISH SWISH. "Oh my god, please, save us!"

’We’re all beastn here. Even though your kinsman is about to get... you-know-what... by a bunch of Shun Yuan, you could at least have so dignity, right?’
"Please save our tribesn! Half of the warriors who ca out to hunt Fierce Beasts this ti were captured by those Shun Yuan."
A Lion Tribe Beastman said anxiously, "Our tribe’s previous resting spot is nearby. We were just planning to go rest for a bit.
"We never expected the Shun Yuan, who usually stick to the central regions, to show up at the forest’s edge. Our kinsn were captured so that we could escape."
Yuan Lang looked at the Lion Beastman. "How many of you are left?"
The Lion Tribe Beastman Warrior’s eyes lit up. "There are less than ten of us Beastman Warriors left."
Yuan Lang nodded. "This place was a forr resting spot for our Snow Tiger Tribe, but now it’s occupied by these Shun Yuan, which ans there are even more of them here.
"The best plan is to lure as many of the Shun Yuan out as possible, then rescue the Beastman Warriors who were taken inside."
Since it was their own tribesn who needed saving, the few Lion Tribe Beastman Warriors naturally stepped up. "We’ll lure the Shun Yuan away."
