The surrounding Scorpion Beastn’s eyes lit up at her words, and a brilliant, shared idea began to form in their minds.

With that, she let out a few sinister laughs.
The heavy rain hadn’t made the Beastn tremble, but Wu Yue’s laughter sent a cold shiver down their spines.
’Witches are just too terrifying...’
And it wasn’t just the Scorpion Beastn who were frightened by Wu Yue’s laughter...
"Clan Leader, a sinister laugh just ca from the woods up ahead. You can tell just by listening that it’s no good beast. They must be the ones who kidnapped the little female."
The Beastman scout reported in a low voice.
The Snow Tiger Tribe Leader nodded. "That feels just like the Worm Witch. It’s probably her."
Then, he looked at the Beastman beside him. "Go inform our tribe mbers. When the others get here, we’ll charge down and surround them. If that person with the nasty laugh has hurt our little female, we’ll send them to et the Beast God."
The Beastman nodded and turned to relay the ssage.
Sure enough, a short while later, the Snow Tiger Beastn lying in ambush saw a group of strange Beastn running toward them.
One of them was carrying sothing on his back, wrapped in a straw mat.
The Snow Tiger Tribe Leader frowned. ’Could that be Wu Yue?’
Just then, the Snow Tiger Tribe mbers, who had also spotted the group, roared in unison and charged down, surrounding the strange Beastn.
"What tribe are you from? And what are you carrying on your back?"
Seeing this group of Beastn with their familiar hair color, the Scorpion Beastn felt their noses tingle, on the verge of tears.
So, when the Snow Tiger Tribe Leader descended from the large tree he was hiding behind, he was t with the pitiful, crestfallen expressions of the strange Beastn.
’We’ve only surrounded you for now. Aren’t you being a bit too pathetic?’
Just then, the straw mat on the back of the Beastman up front was pushed open a crack, and a familiar little head poked out. "Clan Leader!"
The Snow Tiger Tribe Leader froze for a second, then ran over excitedly. "Wu Yue?"
When the Scorpion Beastn heard the na the Snow Tiger Tribe Leader called out, they felt nothing but bitter despair.
’How could such a vicious and abominable little female have a na like Yue?’
Seeing Wu Yue about to climb down, the Snow Tiger Tribe Leader imdiately called over a strong male from the tribe—the sa one who had carried Wu Yue on his back during their trip to the Black Wolf Tribe.
The Beastman walked up excitedly and transford into a large, soaking-wet tiger. "Yue, let carry you again."
Wu Yue chuckled and nodded. The Clan Leader then lifted her with one hand and placed her on the Snow Tiger’s back.
Wu Yue: "..."
’I know this body is scrawny, but could you at least spare my dignity? Being picked up with one hand... Thinking about it makes sad about my own weight.’
The vicious little female was off his back, but before the irritable Beastman could celebrate, he saw the nearby Snow Tiger Beastn turn their gazes directly on them.
"Yue, were these the Beastn who kidnapped you?"
At that, Wu Yue pointed to the two Beastn leading the way, whose hair dye had half washed out. "It was those two. They dyed their hair to trick ."
The Clan Leader’s gaze sharpened as he looked at the two Beastn with half-faded hair, and a sinister smile spread across his face. "Then we’ll just have to take them back and have a good long talk about how they dyed their hair."
Wu Yue nodded in emphatic agreent. "That’s what I was thinking, too. Besides, don’t we still have a lot of tribe mbers without caves to live in? We can take these Beastn back to help dig."
All the Scorpion Beastn: "..."
’We haven’t even gotten to the Snow Tiger Tribe, and our futures have already been decided for us. A beast’s life is tough.’
The Snow Tiger Tribe Leader sneered. "I don’t even know what kind of Beastn these are. Every one of them has a face as green as a wild vegetable ball, yet they still dared to kidnap a female from our tribe."
The Scorpion ’Wild Vegetable Ball’ Beastn: "..."

’Our skin is fair, okay?!’
’This ’wild vegetable ball’ complexion is all because of that female from your tribe!’
Sensing the resentful gazes of the wild vegetable... ahem... the Scorpion Beastn, Wu Yue cleared her throat twice before saying, "Their complexions are normally fine.
