As the two spoke, they quickened their pace toward the tribe’s entrance. Watching their retreating figures, Wu Yue felt her whole mood sour.

The Black Wolf Witch, who had sworn to capture the detestable Worm Witch of the Scorpion Tribe and make him suffer a hundred tis over, had also co along with his tribesn for the trade et.

The Snow Tiger Witch chuckled smugly. "I didn’t build these houses. The young ones in the tribe are just that capable. They built these, and I’m just living in one. The youngsters would be unhappy otherwise."
"Host, isn’t what the witch is doing a classic case of what they call a humblebrag?"
The System, perched in Wu Yue’s arms, kept sneering at the distant Snow Tiger Witch, its kittenish face filled with contempt.
Wu Yue stifled a laugh. "Yep, that’s humblebragging, all right."
For so reason, hearing the Snow Tiger Witch’s words only made the Black Wolf Witch feel even more displeased.
"Heh heh, co on, co on. You can stay with for the trade et. I’ve got a few empty rooms in my courtyard—enough for you, and we’ll still have space for Old Eagle and Lion when they arrive."
With that, he turned to Wu Yue. "Yue, please arrange accommodations for the rest of the Black Wolf Tribe mbers."
Wu Yue understood what the Snow Tiger Witch was getting at and nodded with a smile.
After the two witches had left, Wu Yue and the Snow Tiger Tribe’s Beastman Warriors led the mbers of the Black Wolf Tribe toward a newly constructed inn.
"This is where you’ll be staying during the trade et. Each room can house four people, though you can squeeze more in if you don’t mind."
"We’ve prepared five rooms for each Great Tribe’s trading party. If you need more than five, you’ll have to trade items for them."
The Black Wolf Tribe’s Beastman Warriors looked at one another. Five rooms would only house half of their people. What were the rest supposed to do?
"If you don’t want to stay in the rooms, you can set up tents instead. There’s no charge for the camping area."
Staring at the sweetly smiling young female before them, the Black Wolf Tribe’s Beastman Warriors exchanged glances.
’Everyone wanted to stay in these houses—they looked so comfortable. But to have to trade for them...’
"What is the price for a room?" a middle-aged Black Wolf Beastman Warrior asked.
Wu Yue’s smile grew even wider. "Tribes from within the Polar Forest get a discount. Outsiders need to pay ten Beast Skins per day, but tribes from our own Polar Forest only need to pay two."
As she spoke, she took a Beast Skin from a nearby Snow Tiger Tribe Beastman Warrior and unfurled it. "A complete Beast Skin of this size."
Gazing at the Saber-toothed Tiger pelt, which was as tall as the young female herself, the Black Wolf Tribe’s beastn felt their spirits plumt.

Wu Yue bead and pointed to the large plaza in front of the inn. "It’s right over there. You can go find a spot and set up yourselves."
The two locations weren’t far from each other, but one was free, while the other required paynt in Beast Skins.
