The Yan Yan’s Tribe Witch’s face darkened instantly. She struggled to force a smile, but couldn’t manage one. In a huff, she led her tribespeople away.
Wu Yue waved them off with a beaming smile, then turned to the surrounding crowd. "There’s still so left. Does anyone want to trade?"
The crowd first stared at the aromatic food in the pot and gulped. Then they glanced back at Wu Yue without a word, simply sniffing the air with all their might.
’Damn it, we can’t afford to trade for it. But just slling it has to be free, right?’
Seeing their silence, Wu Yue knew they had likely been scared off by her previous asking price. But she wasn’t in a hurry. ’Even if no one else trades for it, I can just take it back and eat it myself.’
Just then, a Pure Human male with vines wrapped around his waist stepped forward. Wu Yue took one look and saw, to her surprise, that it was Tribe Leader Tutou.
He was holding a Beast Skin Bag, and sothing inside it seed to be alive, struggling constantly.
He glanced cautiously at Wu Yue. "While our tribe was traveling through the forest, we found two baby wild boars next to a dead one, so we caught them and brought them along..."
Hearing this, the people in the crowd all shot him disdainful looks. ’Cubs that have lost their mother can’t survive in the forest. Those guys definitely just brought them along as food.’
’But if they can fit in such a small Beast Skin Bag, they must have only been born a few days ago. A snack that small probably wouldn’t even be a mouthful for that little female.’

Wu Yue was delighted. She imdiately waved for a nearby Snow Tiger Tribe Half beastman Warrior to take the bag.
Then, she turned to Tribe Leader Tutou with a smile. "I’ll accept these two little cubs. The rest of the food in the stone pot is yours. You can eat it here before you leave."
Tribe Leader Tutou felt his head spin. ’Two little cubs traded for such delicious food!’
His dark-skinned face instantly flushed a deep red with excitent. Grinning from ear to ear, he stamred, "Lo... Lord Wuyue, I’ll go get my tribespeople right now."
As he spoke, he cast a cautious glance at the mbers of the surrounding tribes. "I’ll be right back..."
Wu Yue watched in amusent as the tall, strapping male acted so timidly. She gave a helpless wave of her hand. "Go on, hurry up. I have to wait here for the Yan Yan Tribe to bring back their bowl anyway."
Upon hearing that, Tribe Leader Tutou’s spirits soared. He imdiately bolted toward his tribe’s stall.
After calling over a group of his tribespeople, whose vine loincloths barely covered their rears, Tribe Leader Tutou carefully ladled so of the food onto large leaves and distributed it among them.
Wu Yue kneaded the two little piglets’ hooves as she said to Tribe Leader Tutou, "This food won’t keep for long, so you’d best eat it right away."
To her surprise, Tribe Leader Tutou scratched his head and chuckled. "I was thinking of taking this back for the mbers of the Black Wolf Tribe."
Perhaps it was because the Tutou Tribe always sent so of their potatoes to the Black Wolf Tribe after the harvest, but the relationship between the two tribes was exceptionally good.
Whenever Tutou’s tribe ran into trouble and asked the Black Wolf Tribe for help, the Black Wolf Tribe would dispatch so Beastman Warriors to assist them.
They would even lend food to Tutou’s tribe, so Tutou was deeply grateful to the people of the Black Wolf Tribe.
Wu Yue glanced at the sincere Tribe Leader Tutou and praised him in her heart. ’He gives gifts when he should, and he doesn’t forget the Black Wolf Tribe when he cos across sothing good. No wonder a Pure Human like him can get along so well with those proud Beastn.’
The mbers of the Tutou Tribe cradled their stone bowls, wolfing down the food. The onlookers from the other tribes were practically crying with envy, but they could only watch helplessly as the aromatic food disappeared into the bellies of the mbers of a dium-sized tribe.
