asked a Half beastman Warrior on guard duty, his eyes sparkling.
Grandma Hua Shu shot him an irritated look. "New food? Do you think new food sources are that easy to find? These are the wild vegetables we gathered today."
With that, she waved a dismissive hand, ignoring the females from other Collection Teams who were crowding around her, and led her group to a stop in a clear area to the side.
"Everyone, put down the vegetables and take a short rest."
mbers of the Snow Tiger Tribe crowded around the Collection Team, all staring curiously at the bamboo bags on their backs and chattering loudly.
"Did Grandma Hua Shu’s team find a new food source again?"
"Looks like it. A contribution this big could even earn them the right to their own cave."
"Oh, my! Hong, could you help with this bag? It’s just so heavy."

Just as the bamboo bag was about to touch the ground, Hong’s hands suddenly "trembled," and the massive bag dropped.
Lush green vegetables spilled out from the bag’s opening, practically scrambling over each other as if desperate for their first breath of fresh air.

The Clan Leader’s rebuke died in his throat as he took in the scene before him, stunned.
Grandma Hua Shu had already instructed the females to unload the bamboo bags from their backs and pile them up.
If the hauls from the other Collection Teams were small hills, then the pile from Grandma Hua Shu’s team was an insurmountable mountain.
Teng Qian and Teng Kun looked at the pile of bamboo bags on the ground and mused, "This little female here is pretty clever."
