This is simply the Fantasy World version of an air conditioner!!
Wonderful, wonderful!!
"Does maintaining cooling for a long ti consu a lot?"
"Not much, it actually makes the vines more resilient."
The leading Vine Fairy was full of joy.
"As long as you’re not angry."
Angry?
What’s there to be angry about?
Seeing his confusion, this little cutie imdiately explained.
"Many plants need sunlight, if we monopolize it, the surrounding plants will gradually die."
"We haven’t absorbed much sunlight before for this reason, if surrounding plants die, we’ll beco very dangerous... too conspicuous and easily discovered by enemies."
Lear then understood.
"Rest assured, there’s not much vegetation around, just leave so space for the Treant in the swamp."
"Yes, Father ~ "
Next, Lear continued to smile and began discussing with Bain to start arranging the rooms.
Office area, living area, bedroom, each has different needs.
But with the Vine Fairy here, whatever is needed, these small beings who have leveled up to Level 8 can imdiately manipulate the vines to grow.
By noon, the office area had desks, chairs, cabinets, and all sorts of necessary furniture, all woven from vines.
It already looked sowhat decent.
After a busy round, Lear sat on the vine chair and stretched comfortably.
Then, as if he rembered sothing, he instructed soone to summon Green Granny, who was still busy with Fish Tail Grass.
Not long after, these grannies with reed-like hair arrived.
"Father... "
After greeting, they looked at the Vine Fairy flying around them kindly.
These little cuties loved sticking to Green Granny.
Lear chuckled and gestured toward the grand building, asking directly.
"The City Hall is now completed, can you give it Spiritual Pointing?"
This building constructed of vines is so large, it’s hard to say if it can be endowed with spirituality.
Green Granny glanced around and imdiately said.
"Father, these vines co from the sa roots and have rged into one vegetation, already possessing weak spirituality."
"With a little guidance, it can gain spirituality and wisdom no less than a baby’s."
Lear’s eyes lit up.
"If that’s the case, then it’s just perfect!"
If City Hall could gain wisdom, there would be no need for the Vine Fairy to station people there every day.
A building with intelligence, click-click-click, just thinking about it is delightful.
Green Granny imdiately began to act, with a faint glow of green grass radiating from her body, pouring into the surrounding vines.
The next mont, the vines seed to co alive and started wriggling continuously.
At the sa ti, the Magic Power around the territory began to churn, as if swallowed by a black hole, rushing in, all pouring into City Hall.
Lear could keenly sense so subtle changes happening to the vines beneath his feet.
Like coming to life, the vines started gently swaying like octopus tentacles.
Then... a wave of joyful sentint spread out.
In everyone’s mind, they could clearly hear a child’s giggling echo.
So crisp, moving, joyful.
The glow from Green Granny gradually faded, revealing a smile on her face, her wrinkles becoming more creased.
Her tone was filled with delight.
"Father... it’s a success!"
It already had spirituality, so this Spiritual Pointing was relatively easy.
Lear was in a very good mood.
He reopened the Attribute Panel, and after the Spiritual Pointing, City Hall showed new changes.
Its level rose to 2 Stars, and two more traits erged — Wisdom: Having a certain level of intelligence, capable of understanding commands, can freely manipulate vines.
Temperature Regulation: Possessing a unique ability to regulate temperature, keeps City Hall at the most suitable warmth.
Comfortable.
Looking at the Vine Fairy beside him.
"You should teach it the basics of operation, in the future you won’t need to stay here anymore... I have more important tasks for you."
The Vine Fairy happily agreed.
City Hall was cultivated bit by bit by them, like their own child; at this mont it gained wisdom, the happiest were them.
They imdiately turned into starlight to start communicating with City Hall.
Seeing this, Lear felt inexplicably touched.
You might not believe it when I tell you, but my City Hall... is alive and even possesses wisdom.
If further nurtured, one day it might rise and go watch Swamp Boggart’s plays, or wander off to play... no big deal.
Have you seen City Hall? I want to run an errand.
Yes, it’s over there fishing at the pond...
