“Feeling clearer now?” Seeing a hint of lucidity in his gaze, Qin Jian asked.
“A bit better,” said Cheng Yue, shaking his head and speaking dizzily.
“Then let’s go.”
Just as Cheng Yue was about to enter the school through the back gate, he rejected the idea, “Let’s go, to the military compound!”
“You shouldn’t wander around when you’ve drunk too much,” Qin Jian advised.
“It’s not wandering without purpose, I need to find Yan Huan.” Rather than wait for another day, he might as well make it clear with Yan Huan today.
“Sorry, we’re not planning on going there today.”
“Then take there.”
