1267: Chapter 1267: A Complete Fallout 1267: Chapter 1267: A Complete Fallout Zhang Yun was terrified of waking up An Hao upstairs, so she quickly picked up the phone on the first ring.
“Hello…”
From the other end of the phone ca the anxious voice of her in-law, An Shuchao, “Is that An Hao?
Is this An Hao?”
“In-law!
It’s !” Zhang Yun sensed sothing was wrong and quickly asked, “What’s happened?
Is there so issue at ho?”
“Sister-in-law!” An Shuchao said restlessly from the other end of the line, slapping his thigh, “Can you let An Hao take the call?
I need to talk to her about sothing.”
“An Hao just went to sleep; just tell directly if there’s an issue!” Zhang Yun could tell that sothing must have happened at the An Family; otherwise, An Shuchao would never call their ho directly.
“This…” Faced with Zhang Yun, An Shuchao found himself at a loss for words.
“Don’t panic, take it slow, in-law.
What I an is, if there’s any difficulty at ho, I will definitely do my best to help, but let’s not ntion it to An Hao for now.
She’s pregnant and can’t get agitated.
You understand what I’m saying, right?” Zhang Yun explained.
“Alright, then.” An Shuchao proceeded to recount the morning’s events to Zhang Yun.
The Qin Family and the An Family had fallen out over a vegetable garden.
Li Junping had also approached An Shuchao to complain about An Hao, accusing her of refusing to return a certain jade bracelet she had.
She asked him to urge Junping to return the bracelet quickly.
An Shuchao knew that there must be a reason his daughter wasn’t returning the bracelet, so he declared he wouldn’t intervene in the matter, advising them to solve it themselves.
Li Junping, having been rebuffed by An Shuchao as well, left in a fury of annoyance and embarrassnt.
After returning ho, she complained about the situation to Qin Fen.
As a result, Qin Fen did sothing that could utterly destroy the An Family’s vegetable garden.
He had previously worked in the garden for so ti, familiarizing himself with the An Family’s custors.
To vent the anger in his heart, he disclosed the custor list to the An Family’s competitors.
Once these competitors learned the prices at which the An Family had agreed contracts with their clients, they rushed off overnight to negotiate with the An Family’s clients.
They signed yearly supply contracts with the clients at prices ten percent lower than the An Family’s.
Suddenly, the An Family’s hard-earned client base was divided up amongst these rivals.
However, two businesses with which the relationship had always been quite good, once inford about the issue, told An Ping.
They expressed that they had been collaborating for a while and highly trusted the An Family, so they wouldn’t change their supplier.
Upon hearing this news, An Ping was so enraged he nearly burst a blood vessel; he grabbed a club and went to settle the score with Qin Fen.
The two n ended up in a fierce fight.
An Ping’s head was accidentally struck, bleeding profusely, and he was rushed to the local hospital that sa night.
The situation remained dire until noon today when he still hadn’t regained consciousness, prompting the doctor to recomnd a transfer to another hospital.
If they delayed much longer, it could be life-threatening.
Hearing these words, An Shuchao beca frantic.
Knowing that his daughter worked at the hospital, he first wanted to contact An Hao to find out which hospital she was at and to have her co over quickly to see An Ping.
Having listened to An Shuchao’s recounting, Zhang Yun imdiately realized the gravity of the situation and knew that she certainly couldn’t let An Hao know.
If she found out, she would be beside herself with anxiety.
“In-law, don’t worry!
I’ll have Qin Jian handle this!
Which hospital are you at?
I’ll have him rush over imdiately!”
“PLA Affiliated Hospital,” An Shuchao stated the na.
“Okay, got it!
You don’t worry about the Qin Family, don’t worry at all, it’s going to be fine!” Zhang Yun said before hanging up and quickly dialing Qin Jian.
