Chapter 1360: Chapter 1360 The Sun Rises from the West
“Brother and sister-in-law are back!” Song Yueqin called out to them from a distance.
An Hao was startled by Song Yueqin’s unusual behavior, completely taken aback. She incredulously turned to Qin Jian, “She was calling us, wasn’t she?”
Qin Jian nodded, his voice calm, “The sun must have risen from the west today.”
Seeing Qin Jian and An Hao’s surprised expressions, Song Yueqin didn’t explain further but simply smiled and said, “Today is Uncle An’s birthday, right? You two should hurry back. Isn’t Qin Fen coming ho from detention today? I’m going to town to pick him up.”
With that, she smiled, brushing past the two of them.
This scene left An Hao and Qin Jian completely baffled; not until Song Yueqin had walked away did An Hao say to Qin Jian, “I didn’t hear wrong, did I? Was she talking to us? How could she have changed so much after not seeing her for a while?”
“Terrains can shift, but nature is hard to change. How could it be so easy to change?” After the incident where Song Yueqin stole his shorts, his disdain for her had deepened substantially.

Now, thankfully, life had beco easier. He had sons and daughters, and soon, he would have a granddaughter or such, and a quiet life was perfectly fine.

Hearing An Shuchao’s words, An Hao reflected on the difficult past, but thankfully, all of that was behind them now.
Although today wasn’t completely serene, having Qin Jian always supportive behind her was enough.
In just over a month, when the two little ones in her belly were safely born, everything would really be as she wished.
A smile appeared on An Hao’s lips as she slowly ascended the steps, her very large belly in front of her, with Qin Jian’s long arm around her, always her rock-solid support.
“What are you thinking about?” Qin Jian casually asked as he looked down and saw the smile at the corner of her mouth.
“Nothing much,” An Hao chuckled lightly, lifting the bamboo curtain of the house.
The already lively room buzzed even more with excitent upon seeing An Hao and her son-in-law’s arrival.
“Oh, An Hao is back, everyone! Let’s welco her, our very goddess of wealth!” soone exclaid, and applause suddenly filled the air.
