"Second Sister, you just stopped without saying a word. I almost tripped over you," Gu Shuangshuang muttered.
"Sister-in-law... look, look over there. Is that my brother?" Tian Eri pointed at the couple sitting at the wonton stall, eating and chatting, and asked Gu Shuangshuang.
Gu Shuangshuang focused her gaze and a flash of joy crossed her eyes. It was Tian Niu, no doubt about it. Only today, he wasn’t in his uniform; he wore casual clothes.

"Tian Niu, how can you be so careless?" Hong i quickly took out a handkerchief from her pocket to wipe his clothes at his chest.

"Let help you wipe it," Hong i didn’t mind at all; while talking, she kept moving her hands.
"No need, I’ll do it myself. If your sister-in-law sees it, there’s no telling how she’d criticize again."
"What? Are you that scared of your sister-in-law? She’s at the military compound right now; how could she be here? Besides, even if she does co, she wouldn’t get jealous over sothing so trivial," Hong i said with a grin.
"Who says she wouldn’t get jealous? Your sister-in-law is a real jealous person; I dare not provoke her at ho!" Tian Niu joked, yet he was telling the truth!
Hong i was amused by his straightforward manner: "I didn’t expect you to be afraid of your wife."
"But I went through so much trouble to marry her, I have to cherish her and not let her feel hurt..." As Tian Niu spoke, he snatched the handkerchief from Hong i’s hand.
Hearing this, Hong i felt a bit unjust for Gan Tian.
Gan Tian, this silly woman, is madly in love with you, yet you only have eyes for your wife, leaving no space for her.
She was under the illusion that she had won your heart; how laughable.
While Hong i was lost in thought, Tian Niu took the opportunity to snatch the handkerchief from her hand.
Without thinking, she instinctively reached to grab it back, and unintentionally grabbed Tian Niu’s hand too hard.
Gu Shuangshuang and Tian Eri were a bit too far to hear what they were saying, but they could clearly see their actions and expressions.

Seeing her hand tightly grasping Tian Niu’s, Hong i looked up to find Tian Niu’s face flushed. She was startled and quickly let go: "Sorry, Tian Niu, I’m really sorry, I didn’t an to!"
