Upon seeing Yuan Yunong, Zhao Dong quickly stood up, making the table and chairs clatter, "Sorry about that. Hello, Teacher Yuan!"
"Ha!" An Hao couldn’t help but laugh out loud at Zhao Dong’s flustered manner.

"Everyone, please sit down!" Qin Jian pulled out a chair for An Hao and asked the waiter to add seats for the two children.
Four adults and two kids made exactly one tableful of people.
After sitting down, An Hao spoke directly on Zhao Dong’s behalf, "Yunong! The other day, during dinner at my place, Captain Zhao drank too much. He heard that you walked a long way to help him. Today, to thank you, he specially invited us for dinner, and he wants to make friends with you! What do you think?"

"Oh, by the way, you two could beco good friends and maybe level up your relationship in the future?" Qin Jian teased half-jokingly.
"Leveling up is impossible; I have a boyfriend!" Yuan Yunong promptly clarified her intention.
"Oh, just being friends is good enough!" Zhao Dong quickly added.
"Now that we’re acquainted, stay in touch more often in the future! Let’s order; I’m starving!" An Hao felt exhausted, and she had no energy left to stay up for hours anymore.
Right now, she just wanted to lie down and sleep.
The waiter brought the nu over, and after ordering, they waited for the food while engaging in idle chatter.
"Sister-in-law, my uncle in my hotown has a heart condition. He’s coming to Nancheng City to see a doctor after the New Year. Can you help arrange it? I’d like you to be the surgeon!" Zhao Dong spoke.
"After the New Year?" An Hao thought for a mont but didn’t fully agree to Zhao Dong’s request, "Here’s the thing. I might be going to the capital for a month of training after the New Year. The specific ti hasn’t been fixed yet! If I’m here, I’ll do it. But if I’m not, I’ll help arrange the best doctor for you!"
"Okay! It’s a deal! Thank you in advance, Sister-in-law."
"You’re going for training after the New Year?" Qin Jian asked.
"Yes, the timing is uncertain! So I haven’t told you yet," An Hao replied.
"An Hao, attending training proves that your dical skills are excellent, and the hospital wants to nurture you, right?" Yuan Yunong asked.
"Maybe," An Hao replied with a pursed smile, "I hope to beco the best cardiothoracic surgeon in Nancheng City, but it seems like it will take many years to achieve that!"
"Who says? It might not take long!" Suddenly, a voice ca from behind, and An Hao turned around to see Hou Zicheng, whom she hadn’t seen in a long ti.
