Ye Ling came out of the kitchen after a while. He didn’t see Ye Xuan around, so his mood improved. “Duo Er, did Ye Xuan leave?”
“Yeah, he left.”
Liu Duo asked him to sit near her. “Ling, are you tired? If you are tired then rest. There will always be work to be done, so you don’t need to push so hard.”
“Yeah, I know. Duo Er you should also do the same.” Ye Ling looked at Liu Duo and smiled warmly.
At that time, Burly Du arrived at their house and asked, “Is Little Liu here?”

As far as he knew, Ye Liu didn’t have a good relationship with Burly Du. Why would he e to talk about such things with Liu?

“That is your own problem. Don’t disappoint your mother and make her anxious.” Liu Duo said, objecting to his view.
