She really didn’t expect him to be telling the truth, their son really was asleep, lying on the edge of the bathtub, breathing softly...

Lu Jihan scrolled down a few more photos, showing their son sleeping on the big bed.

His little face was rosy, and he slept so sweetly and deeply, looking so adorable that one couldn’t bear to disturb him.

"Haven’t you heard? Forcibly disturbing a child’s sleep can have a detrintal effect on their cognitive nerves. Our son is sleeping so soundly, and you have the heart to wake him? Truly heartless, I doubt whether you really love him."

His tone was full of reproach, resentnt, and disdain, leaving Song Yinyin feeling utterly upset.
