Looking at the neatly arranged rare tals on the workbench, Sunan’s face lit up with a joyful smile.
"After so much ti and effort, I’ve finally gathered all the materials!"
Calming his mind, Sunan steadied himself and began preparing to forge the Demon Pattern Core.
He had long morized the related forging techniques, and now he set to work without any hesitation.
As his hand swept across, the rare tals and various auxiliary materials on the workbench instantly lted like snow, eventually forming a fist-sized silver liquid that floated above Sunan’s palm.
Sunan extended his hand and gestured toward the silver liquid mass, and with a hook of his finger, the silver liquid extended into a fine hair-like silver thread, drawing a mysterious and complex Enchanted Rune in the void with his movent.
Then ca the second, third... The number of Enchanted Runes rapidly increased at a speed visible to the naked eye.
Almost every second, another Enchanted Rune emitting a faint light appeared in the void before Sunan.

After carefully storing the Demon Pattern Core, Sunan first slept, then ditated for several hours upon waking until his physical and spiritual state returned to its peak, before proceeding to integrate the Demon Pattern Core.
Compared to the forging process requiring full attention without the slightest error, the integration process was much simpler.
Sunan controlled the Demon Pattern Core to rge into the center of his chest, disappearing beneath the skin, leaving only a coin-sized silver circular imprint in the middle.
"Done!"
Sunan snapped his fingers and turned away from the workshop, heading to the magic training area.
Next is to test the power of the Demon Pattern Core!
Standing in the center of the training ground, with a thought, innurable hair-thin threads of silver tal liquid swiftly erged from Sunan’s pores, twisting and writhing into a shimring Knight’s Sword.
A mont later, Sunan flung the Knight’s Sword.
Amidst the ear-piercing sound of breaking air, the Knight’s Sword shattered, dissolving into countless tallic liquids, and then swiftly reford in mid-air into tal spikes as long as chopsticks, like a barrage of bullets, piercing through the humanoid target in the distance.
In the blink of an eye, the humanoid target was riddled like a sieve.
The next mont, the countless fine particle-sized silver tal re-coalesced before Sunan, forming a half-human-tall tal shield with an impregnable, weighty texture.

Sunan manipulated the tallic liquid to constantly change into various forms of weaponry, only stopping with a smile of satisfaction on his face after a good while.
I must say, the Demon Pattern Core’s ability to shape-shift freely is extrely useful.
It can be used both offensively and defensively, excelling in both attack and defense.
Especially its superb flexibility, it can totally catch the enemy off guard during battle!
When an enemy thinks they’re attacking a tal shield, the next mont they’ll face a tal storm of countless spikes shooting simultaneously.
Unless forewarned, they’ll unavoidably be caught off guard!
Sunan then also tested the attack and defense strengths of the Demon Pattern Core.
The object for the test was again the ever-dedicated Steel Golem.
The final test results left him very satisfied.
When exerting full force, the weapon ford by the Demon Pattern Core almost pierced through the Steel Golem’s arm with one strike!
An attack of such power, striking a vital spot, would be enough to instantaneously kill a Tier One Legendary Knight!
Even Fighting Qi shields and elental forces couldn’t withstand it!
Moreover, the defensive form of the Demon Pattern Core was extrely strong, surpassing even the defense of the Ring of Extre Protection by a margin.
In terms of defense value, it’s approximately between 1500 to 1600.
The key point is that unlike the Ring of Extre Protection, the Demon Pattern Core’s defense value doesn’t decrease with attack offset.
As long as Sunan’s Spiritual Power isn’t exhausted, any attack with instant damage not exceeding 1500 defense points can’t break through the Demon Pattern Core’s defense.
One must know that the power of Tier Two Magic doesn’t even reach 100 defense points.
In other words, as long as his Spiritual Power is sufficient, Sunan can totally withstand any Tier Two Magic without being hard.
"The only issue is the consumption is too high."
Regular transformation manipulation is fine, consuming very little.
But once used for attacks and defenses, the consumption of the Demon Pattern Core increases drastically.
With Sunan’s Spiritual Power over 34, just a brief test left him feeling almost depleted.
"In a full-force battle scenario, with my current Spiritual Power, I fear I can only sustain for about 2 minutes."
