After carefully searching around, finding nothing of value, Sunan proceeded directly to the upper level.
The third floor was an area divided into several halls, mainly serving as various recreational facilities.
"A leisure area, huh."
This kind of area typically doesn’t yield much, so after a quick search, Sunan headed straight to the next level.
Starting from the third floor, it goes in order with the training area (including ditation Room and Magic Practice Room), the workshop area (including Magic Item Workshop and Puppet Factory), the experintation area, the warehouse area...
The workshop area housed hundreds of Clay Golems and Stone Golems.
However, they seed to have not been activated for a long ti, likely due to the issue of energy scarcity.
The experintation area was also empty, with no valuable items like experintal notes.
The warehouse area was the sa.
"This place’s layout is similar to my base. With a little modification, it could serve as Base No. 3."
Sunan nodded silently, continuing to explore upwards.
It wasn’t until he reached the twelfth level that sothing finally changed.
The twelfth floor appeared to be a spacious laboratory, with nurous workbenches set up. Unlike the other areas, a specific section was set aside, holding dozens of large transparent glass tanks.
Each glass tank was filled with either green or blue liquid, containing bizarre creatures, including Sub-dragon Species and other kinds. Sunan even saw what seed to be appendages and heads of pure-blood Dragon Race organs.
With surprise, he opened one of the glass tanks and took out a dragon head, but after careful inspection, he was greatly disappointed.
Perhaps due to improper long-term preservation, the essence within the dragon head had completely dissipated, turning it into useless waste.
Unwilling to give up, Sunan opened each glass tank individually for inspection, but the results were the sa.
"Indeed, after all, it’s been over a thousand years. Even if these facilities had strong preservation functions, it’s impossible for these biological organs to last so long."
Sighing, Sunan collected his thoughts and continued to the upper level.
The thirteenth and fourteenth levels were identical, filled with nurous workbenches and glass tanks.
Evidently, like the twelfth level, they were also transformation zones.
The creatures and biological organs within the glass tanks had long lost their effectiveness.
"It seems the creators of the Eco-Park placed great importance on Biological Transformation."
Sunan pondered with so realization.
Previously, in Eco-Park Zone 1, he had seen many Sub-dragon Species he had never encountered before.
At that ti, he thought it was his own issue, as there are countless Sub-dragon Species, and it’s impossible for anyone to know them all. Occasionally seeing one unfamiliar isn’t unusual, but now it seems that might not be the case.
Those unfamiliar Sub-dragon Species were likely not originally existing species but newly developed Sub-dragon Species cultivated by this Eco-Park.
Having explored the first fourteen levels, only the last level remained.
With a suspicion in his heart, Sunan took a deep breath and stepped into the Teleportation Array.
In a blink, he found himself on a broad platform.
The platform was entirely constructed of white stone, its surface intricately carved with patterns exuding an inexplicable elegance.
"White Marble!" Sunan’s gaze sharpened.
White marble is a fine-grained white marble, hard in texture, and considered a top-grade material for construction and sculpture.
Many Wizards choose white marble as the mainstay material when constructing a Wizard Tower.
Looking further around the platform, it was surrounded by a vast starry sky, countless starlights dotting it, with a dazzling galaxy spanning across, making one feel incredibly small.
After a mont of admiration, Sunan withdrew his gaze, looking towards the deepest part of the platform.
There lay a ten-ter-long by ten-ter-wide square pool, crafted from pure white marble, its surface covered with a layer of silver coating. The coating was densely inscribed with the patterns of a super large Energy Gathering Array.
"Elental Pool!"
Sunan’s eyes lit up; he hadn’t expected this Eco-Park to also have an Elental Pool.
Though it appeared small, not even qualifying as a small-sized Elental Pool, only a micro-sized one at best, it was still quite impressive.
After all, an Elental Pool is a standard energy supply system for a Wizard Tower.
"It seems that, outside of the Eco-Park’s energy circulation system, the minimal energy required for its operation is provided by this Elental Pool."
The operation principle of an Elental Pool is to open a channel from the Elental Plane, drawing Elental Energy from it, endlessly supplying infinite and stable energy.
It is a high-level energy supply device, far more efficient than setting up a magic energy transmission pipeline at a geothermic node.
Many large facilities use Elental Pools as their energy supply devices, with the most common being the Wizard Tower.
A small Elental Pool is enough to et the basic demands of a Wizard Tower.
However, constructing an Elental Pool requires a large number of Gemstones, special tals, and various rare materials, making it extrely costly, and it requires a certain skill level in [Magic Item Manufacturing].
Even Official Wizards are not all capable of constructing an Elental Pool.
A thousand years ago, when the Energy Particles density of Starlight Continent began to decline, so Wizards tried to emulate the construction of Elental Pools, opening Plane Channels to introduce Elental Energy to increase the density of Energy Particles, but ultimately they failed.
With too few channels, the introduction of Elental Energy from the Elental Plane couldn’t keep up with the rate of energy loss.
Too many channels would be akin to drilling countless holes in the planar barriers of Starlight Continent, greatly diminishing their isolation and protection functions, allowing a large number of Otherworldly Creatures to pass through the planar barriers into Starlight Continent, causing nurous disasters.
