Across the Starlight Continent, only Starlight Academy (Star Alliance) has enough resources to support their advancent as Wizards.
"Other Wizard Apprentices from the Russell Clan have also joined the academy."
Scepter took a sip of floral tea, the aroma of Calming Flower slightly lifted his Spirit.
"Additionally, the wizard qualification assessnt in the Northwest Domain just concluded last month, and a new batch of students arrived at the academy yesterday, totaling five hundred and twenty-three individuals. The total number of students at the academy now exceeds fourteen hundred."
Sunan nodded slightly, "What about the number of Level 2 Wizard Apprentices?"
"One hundred and two," Scepter replied without hesitation, indicating his familiarity with the academy’s developnt, "The number is still growing; in twenty or thirty years, it’s likely the number of Level 2 Wizard Apprentices will surpass three hundred."
Sunan nodded in understanding.
From the era of the base to the present academy, after years of accumulation, Level 2 Wizard Apprentices are now at the cusp of booming, and the speed of their increase will only grow faster in the future.
As for Level 3 Wizard Apprentices, that’s still far off.

"No problem!" Scepter replied with a smile, "I happen to know a few people."
Rose also agreed to reach out.
"By the way, where’s Traveler?" Sunan finally rembered the one absent.
"He’s gone into seclusion," Rose said, "Traveler plans to transform himself into a semi-elental being to extend his life."
After a pause, she added, "Actually, I’ve been planning on doing semi-elental transformation myself recently."
" too," Scepter said with a serious expression, "I plan to exchange so High-tier Sub-dragon Species blood and undergo bloodline fusion."

Even if all conditions are t, the success rate of transformation won’t exceed twenty percent.
Secondly, even with extre luck for successful transformation, future growth in strength is unlikely, making advancent as a Wizard nearly impossible.
To extend their lifespan, most Wizard Apprentices aim for more ti to advance as Wizards; hence, the undead transformation is considered counterproductive, and few choose this thod.
In comparison, although semi-elental transformation and bloodline fusion increase lifespan less, they offer potential for progress and hope for advancent.
However, most Wizards in the apprentice stage avoid semi-elental transformation and bloodline fusion.
Considering that during this stage, Biological Transformation offers limited strength enhancent and might even hinder future developnt.
It’s best to wait until advancing as a Wizard to choose a more powerful bloodline fusion, or undergo deeper elental transformation, which is more advantageous for future growth.
Yet, Wizard Apprentices across the Starlight Continent have few options.
Since joining Starlight Academy, Rose and her companions no longer lack resources, but they ultimately ’wasted’ much ti before, making straightforward advancent before dying highly unlikely.
Thus, they can only choose semi-elental transformation and bloodline fusion.
Even so, their probability of advancing to Official Wizard is still extrely low, less than ten percent.
Even less promising than apprentices like Sherman and Cole.
At least the latter are highly likely to advance to Level 3 Wizard Apprentices before fifty, providing them with much more ti to charge towards being a Wizard in the future, increasing their chances of success.
To be honest, Sunan wouldn’t mind Star Alliance gaining another Wizard or two.
In the future confrontation with the Dark Throne, another Wizard or two could an more combat strength.
