Retracting his gaze, Sunan turned to look at another report.

The report was written by Rose, and it was about a new fruit-based magic plant she had recently developed.

This magic plant had the effect of enhancing physical constitution, but its effect was much weaker than the Dragon Blood Fruit, roughly only one-fifth as effective.

To be honest, calling this a magic plant was a bit generous.

However, despite its weak effect, this fruit did not have high demands for its growing environnt.

Even in the current environnt of the Starlight Continent, it could be cultivated and grown without the need to set up an Energy Gathering Array.

In Sunan’s opinion, the most valuable aspect was precisely this.

This ant that the fruit did not need to be planted in a Magic Plant Garden, and even ordinary people could grow it.

If this fruit could be widely promoted and popularized within the empire, it could to so extent alleviate the shortage of Dragon Blood Fruit and Dragon Blood Potion.

Without hesitation, Sunan wrote a note on the report to forward it to the emperor of the empire, suggesting a large-scale promotion and cultivation, and imdiately awarded Rose a generous amount of Contribution Points as a reward.

It is worth ntioning that Rose nad this fruit Starlight Fruit.

The significance of Starlight Fruit was self-evident.

With Starlight Fruit, the Star Empire could cultivate more Knights.

Sunan never believed that rely focusing on improving his own strength or solely on the developnt of the Star Alliance was sufficient.

Such actions, though they may yield substantial short-term benefits, were very shortsighted in the long run.

The Starlight Continent was his foundational realm.

Strengthening and developing his foundation simultaneously increased his underlying resources, providing him with a solid base to go further in the future.

This was why he tirelessly supported Kei in reform efforts.

Promoting basic education, establishing the Knight Academy, and implenting more reform policies were all subtly enhancing the power of the Starlight Continent.

The stronger the Starlight Continent beca, as its de facto ruler, the more he could benefit from it.

"It’s a pity there are no magic stone veins on the continent; otherwise, we could develop magical technology to elevate the basic technological level."

Magical technology refers to applied technologies developed using magic stones as energy sources, including magic stone lamps, magic energy carriages, magic ships, magic weapons, and a series of machines applied in both civilian and military fields.

The two prerequisites for developing magical technology are a rich abundance of magic stone veins and a strong Wizard Civilization (with enough Wizard Apprentices and Official Wizards).

Currently, neither of these prerequisites is present on the Starlight Continent.

The latter can be gradually achieved over ti.

But the forr requires an elental resurgence and a lengthy period of restoration and accumulation to achieve.

As for using magic cubes to synthesize magic stones, Sunan hadn’t considered it at all.

Once magical technology was promoted, given the area of the Starlight Continent, the amount of magic stones needed would be astronomical, far beyond what one person could provide.

After finishing approving the docunts, Sunan stretched and left the study.

He was currently in the under-construction Wizard Tower.

Since the Elental Pool was established, he conducted his training, studies, and administrative tasks in the Wizard Tower.

Compared to the Dragon Remains Tower, the concentration of energy particles here was much more comfortable.

The spatial planning of the Wizard Tower was still being improved, with the current progress being only about one-third complete.

It is worth ntioning that during this ti, Sunan attempted to construct another Elental Pool, which he then rged with the original Elental Pool.

The result was that the effects of the rged Elental Pool increased by about 1.2 tis in all aspects, much to his delight.

"At this rate, four to five small Elental Pools should be able to combine into one with effects similar to a dium Elental Pool."

While pondering, Sunan had already arrived at the experintal area.

The massive experintal zone had more than two hundred laboratories, each needing an array to prevent unexpected energy explosions from destroying the labs and affecting other areas.

This task alone would take seven to eight months to complete.

And that was just one aspect of the spatial planning.

"The task is long and arduous."

When Sunan finished his work, it was already evening.

Looking at the sky outside, he suddenly had the urge to eat.

Since advancing to Wizard, Sunan had basically eliminated the need for food.

Even if he did not eat any food for decades or centuries, he wouldn’t feel hungry.

Solely relying on absorbing energy particles from the air was enough to sustain life.

However, although unnecessary, Sunan occasionally indulged in culinary delights.

It was one of the few pleasures he now had.

Naturally, only those dishes that made it to the daily recomnded nu at Starlight Academy and the Dragon Remains Tower cafeteria, made from rare ingredients with special effects, could catch his eye.

For this, Carolina specially prepared a private room for him in the Dragon Remains Tower cafeteria.

As usual, not long after Sunan entered the private room and sat down, Carolina ca in dragging her tail, followed by a group of Water Spirits carrying trays.

When the Water Spirits set down the trays and lifted the lids, a rich aroma that made one’s mouth water imdiately filled the room.

Sunan’s gaze landed on one of the trays, and his expression shifted slightly.

"Is this... Emperor Shrimp?"

"Yes, Master," Carolina smiled.

She knew that with the source of the dish, it would be challenging for the knowledgeable master.

The Emperor Shrimp was a fierce marine creature, with a length reaching over five ters, strong and sharp pincers, a wide diet, very few predators, and powerful legs, boasting substantial combat capability.

In the ocean, even Junior Knights would not dare to confront an Emperor Shrimp head-on.

And as Sunan understood, Emperor Shrimp was a deep-sea creature, seemingly only found in the Rainbow Sea.

His gaze swept over the other dishes.

Sure enough, Rainbow Fan Shrimp, Rainbow Clam, Coral Fish, Dragon Whale at... they were all Rainbow Sea specialties without exception.

The resources of the Rainbow Sea were incredibly rich, possessing the world’s largest coral reefs and producing a variety of incredibly delicious seafood.

Today, Carolina prepared a seafood feast from the Rainbow Sea for him.

Sunan chuckled, waved the Water Spirits away, and then motioned for Carolina to sit down.

"Let’s chat while we eat."

Carolina was slightly taken aback, then filled with joy, cautiously moving to the seat, wrapping her tail around the chair, and sitting at Sunan’s lower-left side.

Sunan tasted several bites of Emperor Shrimp at, nodding in satisfaction before moving on to the main topic.

"How is the exploration of the Rainbow Sea going?"

Carolina replied respectfully, "Five city-states have been built in the Rainbow Bay so far. Additionally, we are reclaiming land from the sea to construct three islands as transfer stations for deep-sea exploration and the bay city-states. However, progress has been slow due to interference from Deep Sea Naga, Siren Sea Demons, and Sea Monsters."

At this point, Carolina cautiously glanced at Sunan, seeing him savoring the food unhurriedly, showing no signs of dissatisfaction, she was slightly relieved and continued:

"I have dispatched more troops to Rainbow Bay and issued missions with Starlight Academy to order magic ships that can sail on the sea and special puppets that can operate underwater. Moreover, Sir Sherman and Lord Cole are also preparing to lead a team to Rainbow Sea. With their assistance, I believe the exploration efforts will soon achieve a breakthrough."

The deep sea is dominated by marine groups and sea monsters; regardless of how strong or robust a ship is, it couldn’t compete against these creatures on sea.

Therefore, humans could only maneuver on land; no country has ever tried to claim the Rainbow Sea.

Even the powerful Star Alliance encountered nurous difficulties and resistance while exploring the Rainbow Sea, managing to roam only the outer areas to this day.

However, Carolina believed that as long as the Star Alliance invested more resources, they would surely resolve the current predicant of the Rainbow Sea.

This seafood feast served as an opportunity to subtly seek help from her master.

Surely, her master could discern her intentions.

Indeed, after hearing her, Sunan glanced at her with a half-smile and stated:

"I will have the academy coordinate with you, and the Star Alliance’s resources are at your disposal. The only requirent is to swiftly establish a foothold in the Rainbow Sea."

With only about four years left until Fallen Star City opens, sufficient power must be set up in the Rainbow Sea beforehand.

In due ti, it might co in handy to find Fallen Star City.
