Kubero Manor.

In just a month or two, this once bustling manor has beco completely abandoned.

It’s sowhat better during the day, but at night, it’s teeming with shadows.

The soldiers responsible for sealing off the manor hear eerie wailing every night, as if a ghostly woman is sobbing, scaring them so much that they can’t sleep well.

If it weren’t for the orders from above, the soldiers would have fled long ago.

Viscount Silver Moon sent people to explore inside before, and the outco was that one Grand Knight and five knights went in, but only one knight ca out alive and his spirit was already sowhat disturbed.

Standing a short distance from the manor, thinking of the lost Grand Knight and knights, Viscount Silver Moon felt a pang of anguish.

"What’s the situation inside now?" Sunan asked.

The secretary hurriedly replied, "The manor is now overgrown with Mandala Flowers, and most of the original vegetation has withered and died. Sotis, even during the day, there’s a subtle mist."

Hearing this, Sunan’s eyes glimred slightly.

The Mandalas are beautiful and alluring, and can be used dicinally, but they are also poisonous and have hallucinogenic effects.

The mandalas that have grown in the manor alongside the Bloody Mandalas are undoubtedly more toxic and hallucinogenic than ordinary Mandalas.

Now the entire manor is filled with the pollen and strange fragrance of these Mandala Flowers, transforming the entire environnt into a toxic zone. Anyone less than a knight who enters might not get very far before succumbing to the poison.

Even a knight or Grand Knight, in such an environnt, can only exert sixty to seventy percent of their strength at best.

"What do you plan to do, Anger?" asked Viscount Silver Moon.

Sunan cast a Shield Skill on himself and said casually, "You all just wait outside."

Viscount Silver Moon was taken aback, "Don’t you need to send people in with you?"

"Unnecessary." Sunan waved his hand.

Knights are of little use in the ghost domain of the evil spirits, only slowing him down.

He didn’t want to be engaged in a fierce battle with an evil spirit only to find that his allies had been manipulated by Illusion Techniques, turning them into enemies that stab him in the back.

Grasping a runestone in his palm, Sunan strode toward the manor.

He left Hidden Dragon and Amy outside.

Evil spirits rely on perception to locate their prey; Hidden Dragon’s abilities of color-changing and transformation are useless before evil spirits, and sharp claws and fangs cannot harm evil spirits.

Amy would be even less helpful.

From outside, crossing just one door, the light in Sunan’s field of vision dimd considerably.

Everything seed to be shrouded in a grim grey hue, with deathly stillness and eeriness everywhere.

The air temperature suddenly dropped, an eerie wind blew, bringing with it a vague sound of choking sobs.

"Such rich negative energy particles."

Sunan’s brows slightly furrowed.

For wizards specializing in undead series magic or those with ways to negate the effect of negative energy particles on the body, this manor would undoubtedly be a great spot for training.

ditating here would at least double the efficiency.

Unfortunately, Sunan didn’t have a ans to negate the side effects of negative energy particles, so he could only pass up the opportunity.

Even if he did, the evil spirits here probably wouldn’t let him train in peace.

After pausing slightly, Sunan continued to step forward.

In the visible range, all the Mandala Flowers were blooming exceptionally brightly.

Upon Sunan’s entry, these Mandala Flowers began to swathe gently, their motions eerily synchronized, with their blooms faintly seeming to open up in his direction, sending chills down one’s spine.

Nonetheless, Sunan maintained a composed expression, directly ignoring these Mandala Flowers.

In his previous life, he had seen many sanity-draining species in gas—Whispering Orbs, Death Hunters, Sosased Parasites—countless bizarre and grotesque monsters across the multiverse, countless mind-bending scenes.

Compared to those scenes that made one question the designer’s ntal state, the sight before him was comparatively normal.

Passing through the deserted courtyard, Sunan entered through the side door, traversing corridors to reach the hall.

Under the influence of negative energy particles, the furniture here had begun to mold and decay.

Mandala vines crawled through this furniture, spreading all around, nearly covering the entire hall.

Sunan retrieved a longsword from the cube, casually cutting through vines that blocked his path, ignoring the faint sobbing sounds he heard.

After searching several places, he still found nothing.

Along the way, there was nothing but Mandala Flowers.

"Indeed, without spells to detect the undead, relying solely on sight in the ghost domain to find the essence of evil spirits is impossible."

Sunan stopped, glanced at the eerie mist that had sohow spread around him.

Upon entering the manor, he had activated a protective ring.

With the protection of the shield field, he didn’t worry about the poison fog affecting him, but staying here too long would soon erode and dissipate the shield field.

"I need to conclude this swiftly."

Sunan no longer hesitated; with a flip of his wrist, a ruby appeared in his palm.

In the next second, a surge of flas erupted from him, spreading fiercely in all directions.

Where the flas swept, the Mandala Flowers and vines seed like living things, fleeing in panic, yet quickly consud by the fire, twisting and writhing as they burned, the blaze rapidly spreading.

In an instant, the whole manor seed to boil like hot oil t with water.

The surrounding sobbing sounds abruptly rose by several tones.

The surrounding mist rushed toward the burning Mandala, seemingly attempting to extinguish the flas, but the magical flas created from high-density energy particles were different from ordinary flas and couldn’t be put out by the mist.

Sunan went to several different spots, throwing several fla runestones.

Before long, the entire manor had beco a sea of fire.

As the Mandala Flowers burned massively to ashes, the strange fragrance and mist in the air visibly lessened.

"Ah!!!"

A piercing shriek suddenly rang out.

It seed an unusual energy layer ford in the void, the originally rapid spreading fla’s montum halted abruptly, then quickly weakened at an astonishing speed, eventually vanishing.

At the sa ti, on an open space a hundred ters away from Sunan, a dark red Mandala Flower suddenly appeared, its blossom vibrant and broad, except its center stans were a twisted human face.

Next to the Mandala Flower, a girl dressed in a white gown stained with dark red bloodstains appeared, her hair disheveled, face pale and contorted.

Her gaze venomously locked onto Sunan, a cold and eerie smile on her lips.

"Finally willing to show yourself?" Sunan raised a brow.

Ha-ha!

Accompanied by sinister laughter, shadowy figures erged from all sides, encircling Sunan.

They maintained human silhouettes, their forr looks barely recognizable, many were servants and soldiers who died in the manor.

Among them were five particularly sinister-armored warriors, the dead Grand Knight and knights under Viscount Silver Moon’s command.

The souls of these deceased had already been transford into vengeful spirits by the Bloody Mandala.

They paused briefly, then shrieked sharply as they rushed toward Sunan.

Sunan had no plans to dodge, for these vengeful spirits couldn’t break through the protective shield around him.

He opened his palm, a pure Gemstone appearing out of nowhere.

In the next second, he pointed a finger, causing an eerie figure to stagger, rapidly pulled by an unseen force, screaming as it was absorbed into the Gemstone.

After a peculiar magical brilliance, the Gemstone was tinged with an unusual shade of grey.
