"It’s ti," Prince Valen said, briefly glancing at Prince Aurelion.

"Let’s get this over with," Prince Aurelion replied.

The Commander of the Dragonkin Army then pressed the button on what the Wanderers had sent to the Jinns, an artifact that would allow them to hold a conference even when they were miles apart.

Several projections of the top-ranking leaders of humanity appeared, looking at Prince Aurelion and the other leaders of the Jinns.

The Dragonkin Prince scanned the faces of the people who were being shown in the projection.

All of them were seated, their eyes calm even as they t his gaze.

However, the person whom the Prince wanted to see the most wasn’t among the attendees of the conference.

"Before we start, I would like to ask why Zion Leventis isn’t present in this eting?" Prince Aurelion inquired. "If I rember correctly, he’s supposed to be one of your strategists, right?"

"I apologize, but my no-good grandson is busy with a project right now," Arthur replied. "He’s the type who will not allow anyone to disturb him when he’s working on sothing."

"Oh?" Prince Aurelion scoffed. "Are you telling that I’m not important enough for him to stop whatever he is doing and participate in this conference?"

"That’s not the case, Prince Aurelion." Arthur shook his head. "My grandson is just built differently. Even I can’t drag him out of his research room without worrying about the consequences."

"And you are?" Prince Aurelion frowned. "You keep on calling him your grandson. You must be his family, right?"

"I am Arthur Leventis," Arthur answered. "The Patriarch of the Leventis Family. Zion is my grandson."

The Dragonkin Prince leaned lazily on his throne and crossed his right leg over the other.

"I want to talk to Zion," Prince Aurelion stated. "Bring him here."

Suddenly, the projection flickered, and this ti, another person appeared to join the conference.

"Good day, everyone," a young lady with long black hair and blue eyes said with a smile. "My na is Tiona, and I am Zion’s significant other. I will be participating in this conference at his place."

""Significant other?""

Prince Aurelion, Lawrence, and Tristan all looked at the young lady, whom they were seeing for the first ti.

The two leaders of the Central Governnt glanced at Arthur, who was looking at Tiona calmly.

"You’re Zion’s significant other?" Prince Aurelion eyed Tiona.

Although she was a beautiful woman, her beauty paled compared to Zia, who was still missing.

Prince Aurelion only had eyes for the succubus princess at the mont, so he wasn’t interested in any other woman, no matter how beautiful they were.

"Where is Zion?" Prince Aurelion asked. "Tell him to co and et ."

"He’s busy right now," Tiona answered.

"I don’t care," Prince Aurelion insisted. "Bring him here, little girl."

The contempt and disdain in the Dragonkin Prince’s tone were very obvious to everyone in the present.

The Wanderers only knew one creature who went by the na Tiona, and that was none other than the black snake that was always with Zion.

Seeing the young lady, most of them assud that the snake had sohow found a way to take on a human appearance, which they were seeing right now.

Since she was indeed very close to Zion, they decided to stay silent and let the young lady talk to the prideful Dragonkin Prince.

Everyone was wondering how Tiona would reply to Prince Aurelion’s mocking tone. Arthur was prepared to intervene if the young lady were unable to speak up against the Prince, who was deliberately making things difficult for everyone.

But Tiona’s reply not only surprised the Wanderers but also the Jinns.

"You’re not worthy."

Those three words were spoken in contempt, as if Tiona were talking to soone beneath her.

"... What did you say?" Prince Aurelion growled.

"Are you deaf?" Tiona asked back. "Your subordinates must be having a hard ti dealing with a prince who can’t hear properly."

Prince Zorren looked at his "Boss" with a faint smile on his face. Deep inside, he was giving Tiona two thumbs up for speaking up against the arrogant prince who had long needed to be brought down a peg.

"Little girl, I think you do not understand your situation here," Prince Aurelion stated. "Depending on my mood, this temporary truce between our two factions may not co into fruition."

The Jinns and the Wanderers both knew that Prince Aurelion was telling the truth, but to his statent, Tiona gave a fitting reply.

"Should I care?" Tiona shrugged. "If you don’t want to have an alliance, then don’t. I think you’re making a big misunderstanding here, Prince Aurelion. You’re not as important as you think you are."

Her words made the Jinns gasp, and the Wanderers paid more attention to her.

For the Wanderers, Tiona was treating the Prince as if he weren’t a big deal, which made them wonder if it was Zion’s own stance.

As for the Jinns—well, they were secretly cheering for Tiona internally. Honestly, they were even hoping she could hurl more insults at the prince and make the latter feel slapped on the face.

"I dare you to say that again, little girl."

"You’re not as important as you think you are. The only ti that you will be able to talk to Zion is when I approve of it. And frankly, I don’t want my significant other to talk to a deaf lizard."

Prince Aurelion slamd his fists on the armrest of his throne, shattering it completely.

He was about to hurl insults at the young lady when suddenly, a beam of light flew past over his head, making the word he was about to say beco stuck in his throat.

That beam of light was fired by Nautilus, which served as a warning shot to the Prince.

Although that beam of light wasn’t as powerful as the beam that destroyed the Dragonkin Flying Army, it was enough to remind everyone that they were within shooting range of the Wanderer’s special weapon.

The sight of it instantly reminded everyone of what happened in the past. Prince Aurelion was far from being the exception, so he stopped the insults that were about to co out of his mouth.

"Make no mistake, Dragonkin Prince," Tiona said coldly. "Whether you want to form a temporary alliance with the Wanderers or not, it doesn’t matter. We can strike you anyti, anywhere. Unless you want to live deep underground like the Artemians, you better stop wasting my ti."

The arrogance and authority in the young lady’s voice made the Wanderers rember Zion, who had always been capable of putting on a show of power when needed.

Seeing that the Prince didn’t talk back to Tiona, Prince Valen took the initiative to start the conference and discuss the agreent that all the Jinns had co up for the temporary alliance.

There were various conditions, including allowing the Jinns to get real-ti information on the location of the Artemians, as well as support from the Wanderers when they were going to raise their enemy’s underground bases.

The Wanderers agreed to this condition since the Artemians posed a real threat to their world.

While nearly half of their numbers had been annihilated by the Jinn Army, they still couldn’t be underestimated. If the other party was left alone, it wasn’t impossible for them to tilt the situation back in their favor.

The Jinns also didn’t want to get stabbed in the back by Lucan and his army while they were facing off against the Wanderers, who were far out into the sea and building their naval base.

The discussion proceeded smoothly, with both Prince Aurelion and Tiona not saying anything to contribute to the eting.

It was quite obvious that they were letting others handle the situation, while they kept each other in check.

But one thing was clear to everyone.

In the battle of words, the one who won in the end wasn’t the Dragonkin Prince, but the young lady who had introduced herself as Zion’s significant other.
