Once she truly confird that her pursuers were no longer in sight, she slowly made her way upriver, where a waterfall was located.
She had been here in the past and knew that there was a cave behind the waterfall, where she could rest and hide for the ti being.
After lighting up a small campfire to brighten up the cave, Kate removed her clothes and squeezed out the water before hanging them to dry.

Kate ignored her two comrades and opened the golden chest with a big smile on her face.

"What kind of stupid wish did you make, you idiot?!" Thirteen asked in anger.

Thirteen’s face twitched violently as if lightning had struck him. "S-Smash?!"
Kate’s cheeks flushed, but her grin never faltered. "That’s right. Don’t tell you thought I wished for you to just... exist? No way! I’ve waited too long for this!"
Princess Xynalia covered her mouth with both hands, her crimson eyes trembling between shock and disbelief.
The atmosphere in the cave shifted to sothing thick and suffocating, filled with heat despite the cold spray from the waterfall outside.
"You’re insane," Thirteen growled, his chanical monotone replaced by a deep, almost sensual tone that made the succubus princess and Kate feel their hearts skip a beat.

The silence that followed was broken only by the crackling of the campfire and the steady roar of the waterfall outside.
