What is left for him to fulfill is the 400% energy skill manipulation rate. But he is more than halfway there and only needs so ti to complete it.
Once he has achieved this third requirent, he plans to have Lady Red help him fulfill the final two, starting with the supply of the precious natural wonder, or what is called the fragnt of a world heart.
