He had leapt from the ground with so much force that the ground beneath his feet cratered and began to spread cracks throughout the Cave Heaven. Then the air exploded with rings of sonic booms as he passed through it.
Because he was moving through the air with too much power, the air heated around him into a red glow, which made him look like a teor flying through the air.
But the swordsman didn’t see him as a teor. Instead, from his perspective, Loki looked like he was wearing an armor of fire. It was only after Loki got up too close to him that he saw Loki as a ball of fire.
When he smashed into the swordsman, the resulting explosion was akin to a teor smashing into the earth. As the two collided, light flashed with a white, blinding intensity. Then a spark was ignited with their bodies.
This spark quickly turned into a ball of fire that expanded to cover their whole bodies. Then the ball of fire exploded and destroyed everything around them.
The explosion released more light and heat into the surrounding area, which surged into the surroundings as a wave of incinerating power.
When the ball of fire was gone, all that was left was a mushroom cloud as superheated air rose into the air beyond the cloud layer. As for the swordsman, he had been destroyed the instant Loki collided with him. It was his body that created the flash of light and the spark that turned into the explosion.
Loki didn’t look back at the explosion that he created at all. After he smashed into the swordsman, he continued rushing forward without a care for the aftermath.
He was that confident in his power and could predict the outco of their collision, so he didn’t look back. But the true reason he didn’t bother with the explosion was that he had more important matters to deal with.
He was rushing for the core of the Cave Heaven. If he reached the core of the Cave Heaven, the swordsman’s fate would be sealed. This was why reaching the core of the Cave Heaven was his highest priority.
The swordsman’s body was gone, but he was still aware of what was going on in his Cave Heaven. When he saw Loki rushing towards the only star in his Cave Heaven, he knew sothing drastic had to be done as soon as possible.
So he made his body recover and block Loki. However, he didn’t create just one body. He created seven bodies.
Unlike outside the Cave Heaven, where he was restricted to one body, he didn’t have that restriction in his Cave Heaven. It is just that each body would cost him his lifespan to make.
By creating seven bodies, he had spent more than the amount of lifespan he needed to heal the injuries to his destroyed body. But the situation was critical, so he deed the cost worth it.
Since Loki had used four rank 6 Divine tacs with a 600% amplification, he had to spend 168 years to heal his injuries and create one body. Then he created six extra bodies.
Since each body had a total of 23 units of stats aside from the Insight Stat, he had to spend 23 years to create each of the six bodies. So the six extra bodies cost him 138 years of his lifespan. Plus, what he spent to heal his injury, he spent a total of 306 years of his lifespan.
He had spent so much of his lifespan, but he didn’t aim to overturn the situation with this move. In fact, he spent so much of his lifespan just to buy himself more ti.
The seven swordsn all raised their swords and attacked Loki together. The power of the storm of swords was layered on one another, which made them more troubleso to deal with.
The seven storm of swords were only more troubleso to deal with, though. They still weren’t capable of defeating Loki because they only had the advantage of quantity on their side.
In fact, the seven storms were not good enough to stop Loki from reaching the core of the Cave Heaven. They could only delay him sowhat.
But their ability to delay him was reducing every mont because Loki was breaking through the storm of swords and smashing every swordsman in his way.
