The stunned crowd, unable to contain their astonishnt any longer, erupted into cheers, completely captivated by Agawa’s charm and aura. As if a spell had been cast, the once fearful, lifeless atmosphere was replaced by a determined and focused group, united by a shared goal. One by one, they followed Agawa, their hearts intoxicated by his charisma. Even Sumire and Kenji’s lackeys, caught in the magnetic pull of Agawa’s presence, unconsciously left their forr leaders behind.
As the cheers and excitent filled the air, Ayato Kaneki stood apart from the crowd, his expression unchanged and his deanor aloof. With a hint of sarcasm in his voice, he muttered, "Well, well, it looks like everyone’s found their hero to follow. How amusing." He watched as the group enthusiastically followed Agawa, seemingly oblivious to their surroundings. Ayato, true to his nature, chose to remain detached, only listening to his own instincts and trusting in his own abilities.
Only Kelly, Kenji, and their aloof classmate, Ayato Kaneki, the last S-class skill holder, remained, observing the scene before them.
"Whoa! That was so speech" turning to Kelly and Kenji, Ayato continued.
"But Jesus! He has got so charisma there. If I was half as dumb as them, I would have followed him without hesitation but alas! Soone like even if they are drunk on power can’t make wrong choices, can they?" Ayato by putting one hand on his forehead said exaggeratingly.
"Ah, the adopted child and the gang of squirrels have decided to forge their own path," Ayato remarked dryly, a smirk playing on his lips. "Looks like they’ve found their fearless leader in Agawa. How heartwarming." He glanced at Kelly and Kenji, who seed sowhat lost in the midst of the crowd’s enthusiasm. "Well, well, isn’t this a delightful turn of events? Seems like we’re the leftovers now, my dear comrades." Ayato’s sarcasm dripped from his words as he observed their bewildered expressions.
"Well! Well! Isn’t this our narcissistic cat? Why are you speaking to us weren’t we beneath you" Kenji said in a sarcastic tone.
"Oh, look, the teddy bear has sothing to say," Ayato remarked, his tone dripping with sarcasm. "No need to get your delicate feelings hurt, little bear. I was rely acknowledging your presence in this sorry group."
He turned his attention to Kelly, ignoring Kenji’s remark. "Ah, the silent one. You always have that enigmatic air about you. Care to share your thoughts, or is the cat got your tongue?" Ayato said the last part mockingly, he paused for a mont, waiting for a response, but when none ca, he continued impatiently.
" So, what do you think? Was it sothing planned between William and Agawa, seeing that William playing the bad cop, and Agawa playing the good cop. It does seem like a classic setup, doesn’t it? But who knows what their true intentions are? Perhaps it’s all just part of their grand plan." Ayato smirked, clearly enjoying the speculation.
Ayato waited but as he didn’t get the response he wanted, he beca impatient and started talking again.
"Sure! Don’t answer then again, I already know my answer," he said, preparing to move towards the dungeon entrance.
"Your answer is wrong," Kelly’s voice interrupted Ayato’s departure, causing him to pause and turn back to look at Kelly with curiosity. "How do you know my answer? And why do you think it’s wrong?" Ayato questioned, intrigued by Kelly’s remark.
"You think Agawa planned it with William to solidify his position as a leader, and I think you are wrong because he isn’t like that, just because you are narcissistic, have pessimistic view on life and can’t trust anyone else doesn’t an everyone is like you Ayato" Kelly responded calmly.
Rolling his eyes, Ayato replied in a disappointed tone, "Please, you don’t expect to believe all that goody-two-shoe nonsense," as if dismissing Kelly’s perspective.
