It felt as if volcanic magma were seeping into my eyes.
The sensation was painful .. burning, scorching.
These Void Eyes...
I truly began to question their real nature.
I could feel it clearly .. I had yet to draw out their full potential.
There was still far more hidden within this ability.
Amon’s latest strike was genuinely dangerous.
His attack ca from every direction at once, completely boxing in ..
aning evasion was no longer an option.
Instant teleportation to a distant location was impossible,
as he had sealed the battlefield with a barrier.
Its boundaries were perfectly aligned with the range of his strike.
Amon had truly sealed off every escape route.
Everything was planned with terrifying precision.
And yet ..
Despite all that, I could still see his attack clearly.
These strange Void Eyes allowed to perceive thousands of flash strikes faster than light,
even though they were all unleashed simultaneously from different positions.
The world turned gray.
Colorless.
Lifeless.
Yet violet lines and paths surged everywhere, restoring it to motion ..
And I felt as though those paths were guiding .
"That’s right, Frey."
Naless’s voice echoed, affirming my thoughts.
"The Fifth Stage of Shadow Adaptation .. The Void is not a trivial visual ability that rely sharpens your sight."
"It grants you the path to achieve what you desire."
"Right now, you are thinking about how to survive and evade this deadly assault.
So the Void has generated all possible paths to accomplish exactly that.
Look."
Surrounded by that storm of attacks,
I could see everything within the battlefield with perfect clarity.
What astonished most ..
Was that there wasn’t just one path.
There were many.
Countless paths.
"Although this attack appears flawless—so powerful that evasion seems impossible—
that assumption is wrong.
The Void has revealed the truth."
Contrary to appearances,
dozens of viable routes existed to escape this situation.
Among them, I chose the one that felt most suitable ..
And let the shadows guide my body along it.
"Let your body fully imrse itself in that path," Naless instructed.
"And the Void will lead you to what you seek."
"Don’t think.
Don’t act.
Just focus on that path."
And that was exactly what I did.
My sword moved in accordance with the path.
Almost magically .. yet flawlessly ..
It pierced through the formation of attacks at its weakest point.
I deflected every single punch using Soulfire and Black Hole Aura,
pushing forward faster and faster, blasting the fists away one after another.
Amid the overwhelming tide of Amon’s world-breaking attacks ..
Violet light flared brilliantly ..
And in less than a second ..
Amon’s eyes widened as he found standing right in front of him.
The shock was unmistakable.
I doubt he ever believed I could shatter his absolute technique so effortlessly.
Amon tried to act ..
But I didn’t allow him the chance.
"Activating skill... Screen Shot."
The mont Amon attempted to retreat ..
His body was completely restrained.
He couldn’t move at all.
The Screen Shot skill allows to stop ti for a brief instant.
But that instant is more than enough for ..
especially since it works even on enemies of this level.
"Frey Starlight’s Style: Supre Skill..."
Drawing out the greatest amount possible of Soulfire and Black Hole Aura ..
I unleashed my strongest attack.
"Naless Judgent."
From within my sword, an overwhelming dark force erupted,
channeling abnormal quantities of aura.
A beam of catastrophic destructive power completely engulfed Amon ..
and continued to expand, burning and devouring both the land and the sky alike.
This was the strongest attack I could unleash at my current level.
And it struck him directly.
There was no way Amon could escape this without taking damage.
In truth... I wished it would kill him.
But I knew it wouldn’t be that simple.
When the echoes of my attack finally faded ...
I saw the demon standing at a distance, amidst the ruins.
"...As expected. This won’t be enough."
Using Naless’s Aura Circulation, I recovered most of the power expended in Naless Judgent,
ensuring I wouldn’t suffer exhaustion ..
because this battle was far from over.
On the other side ..
Amon dropped to one knee, exhaling heavily as blood seeped from every part of his body.
"Pathetic..."
Despite his miserable condition, Amon lifted his head with laughter before standing once more.
Slowly, I watched as dark aura wrapped around his body, restoring him.
What truly surprised ..
Was that he still hadn’t used his world-breaking ability.
"Vessel of Naless... are you perhaps waiting for to use my ability against you?"
Amon’s smile deepened as he once again assud his combat stance.
"I’m afraid not. My ability is one of the Five Forbidden Taboos of the demon race.
To use it, my opponent must vastly surpass in strength."
"And unfortunately... you haven’t reached that level yet."
The pressure of his aura surged violently from within ..
And he charged straight at .
I responded in kind, attacking him with everything I had.
The mont we clashed once more, the demon was already right in front of .
"You know... despite what I just said, I truly respect you, Vessel of Naless.
You are impressive."
"Even though your last attack failed to end , you didn’t retreat even a single step.
That speaks of experience .. and battle-hardened resolve."
"At your age, having reached this level... it’s truly a sha that you are that man’s vessel.
You are far more impressive than your father."
As we fought to the death, I realized ..
Amon was truly a strange individual.
Through his fists and his devastating attacks,
I felt nothing negative emanating from him.
No hatred.
No malice.
Not even contempt.
He ant every word he spoke.
What he was doing now was nothing more than absolute loyalty to his king,
who had ordered him to co here.
As I reflected on that ..
For the first ti since this battle began,
a faint smile appeared on my face.
"I still have so much to learn about this world..."
Slowly, I closed my eyes, sinking deep into the darkness.

...
Deep .. far within the abyss that existed inside Frey Starlight ..
There was that place.
A sea of blood.
Blood that had dried swiftly after Frey rcilessly burned souls,
bending them entirely to his will.
Within that void, a sound echoed ..
The sound of carving.
A faint sound of fracture.
Down below, Naless stood silently, arms crossed over his chest, observing calmly.
As for Frey Starlight ..
He carved a long path into the ground with his sword,
drawing it himself, shaping it by his own will.
Naless did not interrupt.
He did not interfere.
He simply watched in silence.
Until Frey finally finished ..
And drove his sword into the end of the path he had drawn.
Within that desolate, silent space ..
Frey and Naless stood side by side, staring at the path before them.
Both of their eyes shone with the sa glow ..
a dark V burning within them.
"I see... so this is the path you’ve chosen to walk."
Naless spoke, a trace of awe woven into his voice.
"Yes. This is the culmination of my struggle... and the end of my ambition,"
Frey replied calmly, his expression unchanged.
"This is the path I chose.
The path I carved with my own hands.
The goal I decided to pursue."
The final objective.
The last struggle.
"This is my end .. and the pinnacle of my evolution.
Everything was leading toward this path.
I finally understand it now."
Hearing this, Naless fell silent for a mont ..
before speaking again.
"Are you certain?"
"If you follow this path... you will end up in a place worse than where I stand."
He looked at Frey ..
then at the path etched into the ground.
Naless could not hide his astonishnt.
As for Frey ..
His resolve had already been sealed.
Nothing would change it from this point forward.
"Yes...
Either I achieve it—
or I die trying."
Frey clenched his fist until it nearly shattered, declaring with unyielding resolve ..
"I will destroy this corrupted world with my own hands."
Hearing that ..
Naless closed his eyes.
Then opened them again, revealing a gaze heavy with aning.
"Then go forth.
To kill monsters, you must beco a monster yourself.
And to end a great evil... you must beco an even greater one."
"You will suffer greatly.
But you will never fall again ..
whether you beco the complete version of ,
or sothing entirely different... like Agaroth."
"The choice will always remain yours."
"This is the path you chose yourself ..
and the path that both of us will walk from this mont onward."
Slowly ..
Darkness swallowed the space.
And Frey and Naless vanished completely,
deep within the abyss.

Author’s Note:
Hey everyone .. we’re here once again.
I wanted to say a few words now that we’ve finally reached this stage.
Many of you probably won’t fully understand what this ans yet, and it may take a few hundred more Chapters for it to truly sink in... but with this Chapter, we have officially stepped onto the path toward the novel’s ending.
Don’t misunderstand .. there are still many Chapters ahead, perhaps even more than what has already been released.
The difference is that the endga path has now begun, and with it, The Villain’s POV truly starts in earnest.
I’m genuinely excited to write Frey all the way to the end ..
to show how he reaches the pinnacle of his evolution from this point onward, and how the world itself will be shaped by his actions.
