SF Chapter 79: The Hungover IV
Daniel, Penny, and Alexandra were lying naked in bed.
"I have a feeling Dani didn't buy the new mattress just because Raj used the old one..." Penny comnted, noticing the bed was much bigger, king‑sized.
"Are you complaining?" he asked with a smile, pulling her closer.
"Nope. Just saying," she replied, giving him a kiss on the cheek.
He adjusted himself and gently caressed Lexi's face on the other side. "Are you okay?"
"Yes, just feeling a little like a perv," she muttered.
"Really?" Daniel frowned. "The day after you t , you walked into my room and saw naked. Even for that's not that common," he joked.
She ignored his comnt, looked slightly to the side, and confessed, "I... kinda... had only slept with one guy before this."
Penny and Daniel looked at each other until the blonde laughed. "We know. Well, not that you had only one guy... but we know."
Daniel pulled Lexi closer and adjusted her so she was lying in the middle.
"It was pretty clear there was an amateur between us," he said, receiving a light elbow from her.
"That's because you two are degenerates," she retorted.
Penny narrowed her eyes at her friend. "Yet you were pretty excited last night," she teased. "Today too, but girl, last night you were on fire!"
Lexi explained, listing a few reasons. "It had been months since I broke up with my boyfriend. I was drunk, feeling a little too into my costu - Harley Quinn..."
She went on, "And you two didn't help, even with Penny lowering the noise after we talked about it... I knew when you two were doing it..."
"You don't need to explain it in so much detail. You were frustrated and horny," Dani pointed out, kissing her neck a few tis, "which we love!"
"Dani, are you always in heat?" Lexi deadpanned, noticing how he still wanted to take advantage of her after everything they had already done.
"Yes! Thank you."
"That was not ant as a complint," she rolled her eyes, but let him do whatever he wanted. She even got closer to him.
After a mont of silence, Lexi finally asked, "What are we?"
Penny and Daniel looked at each other.
"Friends with benefits." "My future harem."
They said it at the sa ti, Penny raising an eyebrow toward him when she heard what he had said.
"Friends with benefits," he added, as if he hadn't said anything else before.
"No, no, Harem is not a bad idea. I was getting tired of paying my bills," Penny joked.
"I knew you were the best, Penny!" He gave her a thumbs-up.
The duo laughed, while Lexi got more relaxed.
"Jokes aside. Yeah, you can expect more gifts from , Lexi. Enough to feel appreciated, not enough to make you feel like a hoe."
"Like?"
"Huh," he thought. "I've already taken you to dinner before. Oh, there's the spa."
"Oh my God, I love that," Penny chid in. "Can we go tomorrow, Dani?"
"Sounds like a plan," he agreed, getting excited too.
He had taken her to the sa spa he always went to. One he had also taken Alex and Gloria one ti.
"Co with us, Lexi. You're gonna like it," Penny invited, smiling at her friend.
He continued giving examples. "And sotis small gifts, like that teddy bear," he pointed to the one on the headboard.
Lexi picked it up and admired it. "It's very cute. At least you have good taste."
"It's also a compartnt," Daniel revealed, opening the zipper behind the plush toy.
She deadpanned at him when she saw what was inside.
"Hey, I'd like to take credit, but hiding adult toys was not my idea."
"Oops," Penny exclaid, not feeling any sha.
"Oh, I could gift you a plug," he smirked.
"No, thank you!" Lexi promptly denied, nudging him.
She changed the subject. "You know we can't make it public, right?"
"Not only would it be bad for our careers and get us labeled," she said, glancing at Penny, "I also want to be discreet about my relationships."
"Wow, I really didn't think much about that..." Penny widened her eyes.
"You can talk with my PA team, Penny. You too, Lexi. They can help with a few things," Daniel comnted. "If you two don't mind, I'm going to write for a bit."
He got up, grabbed his laptop, went back to the bed, and placed a pillow to support the laptop. The girls made him sit in the middle.
"What are you going to write, Dani?" Penny asked, leaning close to him, but not enough to make it hard for him to type.
"Just so ideas I had. I don't want write one of my projects right now," he remarked.
Lexi got curious too. "The Hangover," she read the title.
"Imagine a group of friends drinking too much, and the next day trying to figure out what happened," he started explaining his story.
"Umm, I think I can imagine. Like today. With us," Penny pointed out sarcastically.
He gave her a kiss. "Most of my creativity cos from things I've actually lived."
He went back to writing. "But unlike us, they used drugs. It makes more sense to add more stupid things they did, and the mory blackout becos stronger."
"They all wake up together. And they notice that one of them is... tattooed... on the face." Daniel finished part of the idea.
Penny also contributed, "How about soone getting married in Vegas?"
"Great idea! One of them could marry a hooker."
Lexi crossed her arms and mocked him, "I can see you doing that, Dani."
"Lexi," he turned to her, but said sothing completely unexpected. "I think God gave you these incredible blue eyes..." he paused, "so I wouldn't spend all my ti staring at your boobs."
She blinked, frowned then made a conflicted face. "You are unbelievable..."
"Anyway, I need more ideas." He added casually.
Lexi shook her head and gave an idea, "How about pregnancy?"
"Hmm... that would be hard to notice the next day," Daniel thought out loud. "But how about they wake up with an unknown baby?"
"And to wrap up the main idea," he raised a finger. "All of them are having a bachelor party. That explains the drinking, the hooker, Vegas..."
"Is that how you write a script?" Lexi asked curiously.
"Yep. Basically, I put down the main ideas and then start writing the story. But Juno is being much harder to write than an Girls and Superbad," Daniel comnted.
"About Superbad, it's coming out in November, right?" Penny recalled.
He nodded and took both of their hands. "I hope you two can co to the premiere." Dani closed the laptop. "Now let's grab sothing to eat. I'm hungry."
