Michael was annoyed. He had worked so hard to overthrow Kael, but now a war was about to begin, and he was given a place at the frontline. Maybe he would decide on a mix of both: first standing back until most archers were eliminated, then flying above the battlefield and raining fire on the orcs, only to fall back after doing a bit of a show to have enough strength left to fight Kael later.
