When Jacob and Allison arrived at his mansion, she imdiately asked him to teach her how to ride the bike.

Jacob agreed, and to his surprise, she picked it up quickly.

Once she got the hang of it, Allison bead. "Can I go ride around town, please?"

Jacob chuckled. "Okay, but you have to be careful, and I'm going with you."

"Deal." She said brightly.

She got on the bike, and Jacob climbed behind her, handing her the helt. "You wear this."

Allison said. "Don't you have another one?"

"Nope."

"Then you wear it."

Jacob shook his head. "Either you wear it, or you're not driving."

Allison smiled and gave in. "Fine." She put the helt on and took off, driving toward town with Jacob holding on behind her.

After about an hour of riding around, they started heading back to the mansion. While on an empty road, Allison sped up a little, enjoying the freedom. Jacob, seizing the opportunity, pretended to panic and hugged her tightly.

Caught off guard, Allison blushed and nearly lost control of the bike. Jacob took advantage of that again and this ti he moved his hands up, now holding her chest and screaming dramatically. "Help! I'm gonna die!"

Allison gasped, slamd on the brakes, and turned to him and said. "If you don't move your hands from there, you are definitely going to die, you pervert!"

Jacob chuckled sheepishly. "Oops! I didn't even realize my hands were there. Okay, let's go back ho."

"You still haven't moved them."

"Oh, sorry about that." He quickly moved his hands down from her chest and hugged her waist tightly.

Allison blushed but didn't say anything. She drove them the rest of the way in silence.

Back at the mansion, the two of them went to the kitchen. Jacob took two big lobsters from the lobsters he got from the system reward in the morning.

"How do you feel about lobster?" He asked.

Allison's eyes lit up. "I love it! But… do you know how to cook it?"

Jacob shrugged. "Not a clue. Maybe we grill it?"

"No way." Allison said. "Let cook it. Although I'm not a good cook, I help my mom sotis in the kitchen."

She put on an apron she found in the kitchen and asked. "Do you have butter and garlic?"

Jacob nodded and fetched the ingredients. The two of them cooked together, laughing and flirting between steps.

When the lobsters were done, Allison tasted one and breathed a sigh of relief. "Phew, it's good! I was afraid I'd ruin these beautiful lobsters."

She cut off a piece and held it up. "Here. Try it."

Jacob took a bite. "Mmm, it's really good."

"You've got sauce on your face." Allison said, pointing at his cheek.

Jacob wiped at it. "Did I get it?"

"No, let help." She leaned in, wiped it with her thumb, and… didn't back away. Instead, she moved closer, gazing at him.

Slowly, she leaned in to kiss him.

Jacob froze—and just before their lips touched, he pulled back.

Allison stepped away, cheeks flushed with embarrassnt… and then frustration. "Coward."

Jacob blinked. 'Shit. What do I do now?'

Allison crossed her arms, her voice sharp. "I like you, and I know you like too. So why are you scared? Why can't you just ask to be your girlfriend like a man? And even when I made the first move, you backed away. Coward."

Jacob sighed and thought. 'This is troubleso...'

Allison took off her apron and smacked him with it. "Say sothing."

When Jacob stayed silent, simply looking at her, her expression shifted. Tears welled in her eyes as she turned away. "I'm leaving."

But before she could take a step, Jacob reached forward and wrapped his arms around her from behind.

"Give a few days, okay? There are things you need to know about before we start a relationship."

Allison stiffened. "Is this about Lydia?"

"Sort of."

"Then tell —who do you really want?" She asked, voice trembling. "Is it her? ? Or… are you seriously thinking of dating us both?"

Jacob sighed. "Do you want the truth or the lie?"

Allison broke free from his embrace and spun around to face him. "The truth."

Jacob looked her in the eyes. "I want to date you both."

Allison scoffed and turned away. "Then you're dreaming. I'm leaving."

"Wait, Allison—please. Just hear out."

She stopped, glaring at him. "I'm listening. Speak."

Jacob hesitated, struggling to find the right words. "How do I explain this... Wanting to be with both you and Lydia isn't entirely under my control."

Allison laughed bitterly. "That's the best excuse you've got?"

"I'm serious." Jacob said. "Haven't you noticed how the girls at school act around ? Even you and Lydia... you both felt an unnatural attraction to the first ti you t too, didn't you?"

"I don't know what you're talking about."

"Please, Allison. Just be honest."

She crossed her arms but sighed. "Fine. Yeah, I felt drawn to you the first ti we t. And the more ti I spent with you, the worse it got—I couldn't stop thinking about you. Lydia said she felt the sa. Did you do sothing to us?"

"No." Jacob said firmly. "I didn't do anything. It's like… it's part of who I am. A kind of magical ability I can't control. But it's not mind control. It doesn't take away free will."

"Magic?" Allison raised an eyebrow. "Are you kidding ? And what's this ability supposed to do?"

"It's supposed to make charming and appealing to won."

"So, hypothetically, if your ability is real, are you saying you can control and Lydia with it?"

"No. Like I said, it's not mind control. It's just charm. I don't know how it works exactly, but it's like when you see and sll sothing very delicious—you'll be very attracted to it and want to eat it, but you can also choose to ignore it."

Allison gave him a skeptical look.

Jacob grinned mischievously. "Allison, take your clothes off."

She imdiately kicked him in the shin. "No! I'm not taking my clothes off, you pervert!"

Jacob winced, laughing. "See? I have no control over you at all."

Allison rolled her eyes. "That's because you just made up a magic charm ability to justify dating and Lydia."

"I didn't make it up. Do you rember the bear that was chasing that night?"

"Yeah?" Allison smirked. "Was it attracted to you too? And wanted to date you?"

"What? No, that's gross!"

"Then why bring it up?"

"Because that wasn't a bear, Allison."

Her expression shifted again. "Then what was it?"

Jacob took a deep breath. "Like I said, give a few days to get ready to tell you and Lydia my secret, including the truth about that creature you thought was a bear."

Then he walked over to the kitchen counter, picked up a knife, and said. "And if you want proof that I'm not normal, watch this."

He rolled up his sleeve and pressed the blade against his arm.

Allison panicked. "Stop! What are you doing? You don't have to hurt yourself!"

"Don't worry." Jacob said calmly. "This knife can't hurt . See for yourself."

He pressed the knife harder against his skin. It left a red mark, but it didn't cut him.

Allison rushed to him, grabbed his arm, and examined the spot. "How is that even possible?"

Jacob replied. "My skin's too tough. Ordinary weapons can't pierce it. And that's not all—watch this."

Without her noticing, he slightly extended one of his claws and pressed it into his arm, slicing a clean cut. Allison gasped as the wound healed right in front of her eyes almost instantly.

She covered her mouth, stunned. "What… what's going on?"

"I'm a human with supernatural powers, Allison." Jacob said gently. "And I'm not the only one. There are others like out there. I showed you this so you'd believe . But please give a few days before I tell you everything you want to know about , and I will tell you everything I know about the supernatural world."

Allison nodded slowly. "Fine. But I can't promise I'll be okay with you dating and other girls at the sa ti. I'm guessing it won't just be and Lydia, right?"

Jacob smirked. "I don't know. What I do know is that I'm possessive by nature. So even if you don't agree to be with , I'll still stalk you... and I'll probably kill anyone who tries to date you—because I really like you."

He stepped closer, a mischievous gleam in his eyes. "And this… is for calling a coward earlier."

Before Allison could react, Jacob leaned in and kissed her. A deep, slow kiss. At first, she froze—surprised and unsure. But then she kissed him back, her body betraying her frustration.

When they finally pulled apart, breathless, Jacob grinned. "That was nice. Let's do it again."

Allison, blushing furiously, shoved him back. "No! You're not allowed to kiss again until you tell your secret. And only if I decide to date you."

Jacob chuckled. "Fair enough. But… you're not still angry with , are you?"

She hesitated, then shook her head. "Not for now."

Jacob pulled her into a warm hug, whispering in her ear. "Good, I don't want you to be angry at . And just so you know… telling you my secret—it's a matter of life and death for . But when I saw you walking away earlier, I knew I had to tell you. Because I really like you, Allison… and I can't imagine my life without you."

Allison hugged him back quietly. After a mont, she whispered. "Okay… we should eat now. I'm starving."

Jacob released her and smiled. "Alright."

They set the table together and started eating. Throughout the al, Allison kept sneaking glances at him.

Finally, Jacob said. "Okay. Stop looking at like that and just say whatever's on your mind already."

Allison said. "I know you said you'd tell everything in a few days… but can't you just tell sothing about the supernatural now?"

Jacob shook his head. "Nope. Can't do."

Allison pouted. "Then just tell one thing—what was that bear?"

Jacob hesitated, then said. "Okay. But only if you promise not to ask any more questions."

"I promise." She said eagerly.

"That wasn't a bear." Jacob said. "It was a man."

Allison blinked. "Hey! That just makes more curious! What kind of man turns into that? What is he? How did he beco like that?"

Jacob frowned. "Nope, I'm not telling you anything else. And one more thing—promise you won't tell anyone about or the fact that the bear is a man, even your parents. I'm very serious about this, Allison."

Allison nodded. "Okay. I promise. I won't say a word."

They both went quiet for a mont, eating a few more bites. Then Allison asked. "By the way, Jay… did that man-bear thing kill the bus driver?"

Jacob sighed. "Yeah. But I don't know why yet. Now stop asking questions and go back to being the cute, clueless Allison for now, and wait until I tell you and Lydia everything."

Allison rolled her eyes. "Fine…"

After they finished eating, they cleaned up the kitchen together. Then they headed to the ga room and played until about 10:00 PM.

Allison checked her phone. "Oops, it's late. I need to go ho."

Jacob grinned. "You could just spend the night here."

Allison snorted. "Are you stupid? My mom would kill . Actually… I'd be fine. You, on the other hand? My dad would probably shoot you."

Jacob pulled her into a hug and whispered. "If you sleep with , then I don't mind getting shot a few tis by your dad. After all, I'll survive even if he shoots ."

Allison laughed and shoved him back. "Keep dreaming, you pervert. And by the way, we're taking your bike—and I'm driving."

After that, the two of them left the mansion riding the bike. Allison was driving while Jacob shalessly hugged her tightly again, and he even started to get handsy along the way.

To his surprise… Allison didn't mind.
