"Shouldn’t you be preparing yourself with your creation?" Kaelthyr questioned seeing Kyron appear.

Over this ti, even though they hadn’t been inside of Ash’s verse too often. They still were a part of the Pantheon and had things to accomplish.

Kyron’s voice was calm, asured, carrying the quiet confidence of soone who had long since accepted his place in the hierarchy.

"I’ve already set the foundations," he replied. "Once I’m done, each cultivator within Big brother’s cultivation verse will have the opportunity to defeat death."

Much like everyone else, as The God of Death, Kyron’s creation needed to be sothing that made the entire verse unique in terms of death.

And the best thing he could think of... was giving each person a second life. Only if they could succeed in certain trials he was still making.

"Besides, I would have it much easier if we just went back inside."

Kaelthyr scoffed, "Whatever brat, you speak as if I’m holding you against going back."

Kyron frowned, he couldn’t understand why Kaelthyr seed not to like being in Ash’s verse. Whenever they went, it was always for a short mont.

Hell, the longest ti he’d spent there was back when Kyron was still a child. Sothing he couldn’t even rember!

"Wouldn’t it be better if we went together though?"

Kaelthyr looked at him for a long while before sighing.

"Soon, we will go back soon" he said after a mont.

Kyron’s eyes narrowed thoughtfully.

"I’ve heard that.... millions of tis now Father."

Kaelthyr paused briefly before voicing the question that had been weighing on his mind, his tone adopting an awkward casualness.

"...Do you believe I am strong enough to defeat Nia in combat?"

Kyron blinked in surprise, then released a short, rare laugh.

"Nia? The Goddess of Devouring? Big Brother’s wife?" He shook his head without hesitation.

"You are strong, Father... exceptionally strong. But his wives—each of their abilities defies logic."

In truth, Kyron had never witnessed any of them in battle. Yet, during their last eting, he had sensed the overwhelming magnitude of their auras and the sheer force of their powers.

He, for one, didn’t dare even think about challenging any of them.

Kaelthyr rubbed the back of his neck, looking a little embarrassed.

"Yeah... figured as much. Just thought I’d ask."

[Haha, yeah right,] his system chid in internally. [Man up, take your beating, and grovel before her. Haha.]

Kaelthyr’s lip twitched as he told Kyron,

"We’ll go in 1,500 years... According to the sub-nexus, there will be another birth."

----

When Kaelthyr was alone again he spoke out to his system as he begun with his own creation.

"Like hell would I grovel." He spat, "I would at least take an ass whooping while putting up a fight."

[So, why are you running from her?] His system teased, [Not just that... the God of All Vampires... he hasn’t even begun his own bloodline out of fear of Nia’s Wrath!]

Kaelthyr rolled his eyes as even though the system was being dramatic. He knew it wasn’t lying....

Long ago he had already had his ass handed to him by Nia.... who at the ti should have been weaker than him.

Yet he was pumled and knowing about her Oath, he didn’t want to birth more vampires until he could gain her respect.

"That damned Vesper." He said shaking his head.

He exhaled slowly, pushing the thoughts aside.

It was ti to get to work.

----

Kaelthyr raised his right hand, palm facing outward. His divinity surged until a deep black and crimson aura could be seen.

In that mont, he began to draw.

In the empty void before him, a massive wheel slowly took shape, sketched by lines of glowing crimson light.

As the God of Souls and Samsara, Kaelthyr’s objective was to ensure that Ash’s verse had a working reincarnation system.

Unlike the outside world where deaths only fueled the Organisms. Ash’s verse needed nothing like that, in his verse true regression and reincarnation would be possible....

Without the need of special abilities.

And over ti, Kaelthyr had co to one conclusion. He would be creating the Wheel of Reincarnation.

As he moved his hands manipulating divinity, the outer ring ford first.

It was a perfect circle of dark energy that represented the endless cycle of life and death.

Inside the wheel, six spokes appeared, dividing it into segnts.

Each spoke represented different stages of reincarnation.

Birth, Growth, Apex, Decline, Death, and Return were all intertwined within. Though, it wasn’t like he was using concepts or anything.

He was solely using his pure knowledge that ca along with being the God of Souls and Samsara.

As he continued ti began to pass swiftly and after five years of drawing....

At the center, a small, slowly rotating orb of pure crimson essence ford. This was the core that would anchor every soul that entered the cycle.

Kaelthyr’s eyes narrowed in concentration as he continued to refine it.

Next ca Decree’s, he used three in specific.

Celestial Decree of Soul Binding

Celestial Decree of Karmic Judgent

Celestial Decree of Gentle Passage

With all three decrees active, he declared, "All souls brought into existence shall find themselves bound to the Wheel of Reincarnation."

"At the mont of death, each soul shall stand before the judgnt of Karma, and it is this asure that will determine the outco of their rebirth."

"Every soul will undergo a serene passage beyond life; however, for those whose Karma bears great weight, the Bridge of Forgetfulness shall be provided to aid their transition."

In simple terms, he ensured the wheel favored those with strong wills and great potential, granting them better chances at higher rebirths, while still giving the weak a chance to start over and try again.

The wheel expanded, becoming more intricate, its crimson light stretching long shadows across the frozen abyss around him.

Kaelthyr’s voice was low as he worked.

"This... this will ensure no potential is truly loss."

As the ruler of multiple Abyssal realms, he understood how much potential was being squandered without a reincarnation cycle.

Just imagine if beings from the dawn of ti could be reborn—who knew how many terrifying creatures would now be roaming freely?

After another five years, his work was finally complete.

The Wheel of Reincarnation floated before him, ready to be set into motion.
