Now reading: Chapter 438: The Three Noble Children? from Ten Lucky Draws: I Became OP, a Fantasy novel by NovelGeek2.

Over the past decade, as Drake’s journey unfolded, not every heir moved with a philosophical sense of understanding.

In fact, most had already gone far beyond Tier 11, even though they were tasked with building their own power and had no guiding entity.

They were Unus—the seeds of the God of all Gods—so under normal circumstances, ranking up was never a challenge.

From childhood, they’d received all the tutelage they would ever need.

And in specific, the triplets had reached Tier 13, becoming Peak God Kings and Queens, yet their journey hadn’t been unfolding in the way one might expect.

-----

Ten Years Ago,

In the Celestial Universe on the world of Heaven, the triplets appeared after separating from the other heirs.

They floated high in the skies, overlooking the vast world below.

Heaven was a beautiful yet harsh realm — endless fields of white grass that shimred like fresh snow under a perpetual golden sky.

There were massive ancient trees whose canopies ford living cathedrals, and thick, pure divinity that hung in the air like mist.

There was no single dominant Pantheon here.

Instead, countless races and factions thrived amid constant conflict and the daily struggle for power—beast clans clashing over territories, human kingdoms rising and crumbling, and rogue cultivators uncovering hidden ruins deep within ancient forests.

And despite the triplets beginning their new journey... The mood between the three siblings was quiet and a little sad.

Rita spoke first, her voice soft as she hugged her knees while floating.

"Daddy already told us... our path is one that must diverge only to converge at a single point. We knew this was coming."

Rye floated beside her, arms crossed, his expression slightly annoyed.

"Yeah, but it still sucks" He said, "Like everyone else.... we have separate God Stars, but because we’re triplets they’re all intertwined by this stupid bond."

"When we’re too close, our powers conflict and beco unusable. It’s like the verse itself is forcing us to stay together... but also punishing us for it."

Exactly as Aurora and Ash had envisioned, the verse of Pantheos would give rise to stars that aligned with the fates, destinies, and very existence of those being born.

Very rarely would bloodline, parents, or other external factors determine the nature of these stars. Yet, for the heirs of the Ineffable Pantheon, their parents were far too broken not to leave a mark.

Sumr, the Goddess of Isolation, had a strangely unique influence.

There was an invisible bond between the triplets’ God Stars—separate yet deeply intertwined.

As Rye pointed out, in the early stages of their ranks, this connection made their powers clash and beco unstable whenever they were near each other.

They couldn’t really separate from each other, as their bond ant they shared the sa world. It was a kind of isolation, but not one set in stone.

As Ash explained, they needed to diverge in order to ultimately co together as one.

Riyan—the oldest, the bulkier one, and the one who usually relied on his muscles—hovered a bit higher, gazing down at the world with a determined glint in his eyes.

He turned to his siblings, his voice steady.

"It’s best we get started so we can achieve true freedom. The longer we linger in these low ranks, the longer we delay becoming who we’re ant to be."

Rita nodded slowly, though her eyes still held a trace of reluctance.

"For a millennium, we will hone our powers until we reach Peak Star Union rank. Only then... will our journey together truly begin."

The three triplets drifted quietly, the golden glow of Heaven casting a warm sheen across their faces.

Without a word, they began their descent to the world below — each taking a separate path yet still connected by the unseen thread that tied their destinies together.

-----

After the three spread out over the world of Heaven, for the next decade they didn’t go out and do anything.

No, Isolation beca the best friend to each of them.

Currently, Riyan floated alone in the central chamber of his floating fortress.

The fortress itself was a colossal structure of black-and-gold stone that he had claid and stabilized with a single Celestial Decree he used years ago.

It now hovered eternally above one of Heaven’s most dangerous mountain ranges, untouched by ti or erosion, a silent monunt to his will.

Inside the chamber, there was nothing but empty space and the faint glow of runes he had carved into the walls to suppress all external interference.

For the last decade he had pushed his power upward relentlessly — refining his body, tempering his will, forcing his God Star to burn brighter through sheer isolation and focus.

But today, sothing felt different.

His deep black eyes flickered open.

He let out a slow breath, the sound reverberating through the empty chamber.

"This won’t do anymore," he murmured.

After so long in isolation, there was only so much ditation could offer. Especially in the realm of Pantheos—a place that seed to favor action over inaction.

He stood up, stretching his broad, muscular fra.

"Big Sister Aurora did say that living through our powers would make things move along faster."

Riyan strolled to the edge of the chamber, gazing out through the open archway at the world below — the endless fields of white grass, the towering trees, and the far-off battles and struggles of the races inhabiting Heaven.

A fierce, determined smile spread across his face.

"In the next century... I will beco soone... sothing worthy of being the God of Eternity."

With that, he vanished.

-----

Riyan appeared in the middle of a battlefield of two clans.

The air was thick with blood and killing intent as two powerful factions clashed — one a coalition of sword cultivators, the other a horde of beast tars riding massive crimson wolves.

ROARRRR!!!!!!

CLANGGGG!!!!!!

SHKKK!!!!

Blades flashed, beasts roared, and the ground was already littered with corpses and broken weapons.

The battle was over control of a rare divine vein hidden beneath the valley.

The mont Riyan appeared; he triggered a decree.

As a God King, he didn’t possess all nine decrees yet.

At present, he had only four, chosen like all cultivators are able to.

With each rank advancent, one of the three Decrees tied to their star—Attack, Defense, or Auxiliary—could be selected until the category was fully unlocked.

In this mont, Riyan chose to activate one of his Defensive Decrees.

|Stellar Decree - Eternal Bastion|

HUMMMMMM!!!!!

The instant he willed it into action, a do of golden-white light erupted outward from him, expanding rapidly until it covered the entire battlefield.

In that mont, everything within the zone froze in a state of unchanging stability.

Most of the ti, a decree had to be spoken aloud, but for the truly skilled, sheer will alone was enough to bring about an effect.

Inside the do, nothing could change, cause lasting harm, or be truly destroyed.

Weapons that should have shattered stayed intact.

Wounds that should have been fatal stopped bleeding and refused to worsen. Even the cracked, scorched earth smoothed over, as if ti itself had frozen all destruction.

And the fighting stopped almost at once.

Yet as everything paused.... All eyes turned toward the young man floating at the center of the newly ford safe zone.

Riyan’s voice rang out, calm but carrying undeniable authority.

"I am Riyan Originat." He said, "And from this mont forward, this place.... the entire Northern Continent of Heaven is under the protection of the ."

"I don’t care who you are... there will be no killing.... no destruction, only eternal balance. So, leave your grudges at the edge of the barrier or take them elsewhere."

A stunned silence fell over the battlefield.

Then, from the beast tar side, a towering figure stepped forward — a Tier 13 God King, his body covered in crimson scales and fur, eyes burning with rage.

"You dare interrupt our battle for the divine vein?!" he roared.

The God King activated his own decree.
