At this point, it wasn't just the warriors; even the other Centurions were enraged. They felt that Song Yan, Li Fu, and the others were completely shaless. Trying to curry favor with the Champion Marquis like this… how can they believe such blatant lies?
Li Fu retorted, "The Marquis's skills are beyond anything you can imagine."

The other Dragon Generals nodded in agreent. Another added, "After this match, we need to find a way to make the Champion Marquis leave. He's not suited to our Long Ming Battalion. The morale has been utterly corrupted by him; the whole atmosphere is toxic."
"Understood," Dragon General Qing Shan nodded. "I will write a morial to His Majesty."
None of them had any faith in Lin Xuan; they were already making plans to have him removed.
