The eting proceeded with Rimuru acting as the chair. Rimuru declared that he would take the burden of Gerudo's sins upon himself and told the orcs that if they wished to complain, they should direct their grievances toward him. Yet, no one raised an objection.

When Rimuru tilted his head, puzzled by their unexpected reaction, Treyni explained.

"For monsters, there is only one unchanging rule: the law of the jungle. They must have accepted their fate the mont they chose to stand against you."

"The victor of this battle is Lord Rimuru. We shall follow your will."

Since everyone else was in agreent, Rimuru moved on to the main point.

"Even so, it would be difficult to take in all 150,000 orcs at once... So I was thinking, why don't all the races living in the forest form a grand alliance? The orcs would be dispersed among the different territories, providing labor to each land. In exchange, we would provide them with a place to live and food... What do you think?"

As Rimuru spoke cautiously, everyone in the tent looked shocked. He began to fidget, worrying that he had said sothing wrong, but just then, an orc who had been one of Gerudo's close aides spoke up.

"C-could we... really join such an alliance...?"

"Of course!"

"The lizardn will cooperate as well."

With those words, the orcs, lizardn, and kijin all knelt before Rimuru. Rimuru assud it was rely a monster custom, but for monsters, kneeling was a gesture of swearing eternal loyalty.

And so, the [Great Alliance of Jura], with Rimuru as its leader, was born. It was the very mont Rimuru's existence was etched into history.

Just as he was beginning to rejoice over the birth of his nation, a man appeared before Rimuru.

His appearance was reminiscent of a crow, leading Rimuru to wonder if he was a bird-type beastman, but upon closer inspection, he noticed the man was wearing sothing akin to a visor over his face.

At the sudden appearance of the stranger, the kijin moved instinctively to protect Rimuru. However, the man remained unfazed and spoke with polite composure.

"It is a pleasure to et you. I have no na, so please call Crow."

"Ah, hello. My na is..."

"I am aware. The leader of the Great Alliance of Jura, Rimuru Tempest."

"!! You know my na...?"

"Of course. I have been observing all of you for quite so ti."

"Observing... us?"

"Yes. Our master has taken a great interest in you."

Of everyone present, Souei was the most shaken by the claim. The fact that the man had moved without triggering Souei's detection made it clear that he possessed power far exceeding A-rank.

"To be precise, it was imdiately after Veldora disappeared."

"You an... you saw everything?"

"Yes. From the battle with Ifrit, to the conflict with the ogres, and the struggle in the marshlands. All of it."

Rimuru was considerably shocked to learn he had been under constant surveillance. Seeing this, Benimaru stepped forward to speak on Rimuru's behalf.

"And? What is your purpose here?"

"I have co for one reason only: to deliver my master's ssage. Our master will soon visit this city to et with Rimuru. I realize my sudden appearance may have been startling, so I shall take my leave for today. We will visit formally in the near future."

With that, Crow spread the wings folded on his back and soared into the sky, vanishing beyond the range of Rimuru's magicule detection in an instant.

As Crow departed as if he had never been there, Rimuru slumped in his sli form, feeling as though the strength had been drained from his body. However, knowing a visitor could arrive at any mont, he turned to Benimaru and the others.

"Benimaru."

"Yes, Lord Rimuru."

"Could you call Rigurd and Treyni? And the others as well?"

"Y-yes, Lord Rimuru!!"

As the kijin hurried to carry out his request, Rimuru remained alone, feeling a headache coming on while wondering exactly what kind of person this 'master' was.
