Yan Yan reached out into empty air, then looked down and t her particularly cold and silent eyes.
He paused, unable to understand why she suddenly stopped talking to him.
Weren’t things fine last night?
He looked at the young girl’s snow-white face, trying to find so clues, but all he saw was lifeless stillness.
"Little Gua, what’s happened?"
The young girl didn’t respond and turned to walk alone in the direction of the apartnt.
Watching her slender back, the man’s heart tightened, feeling a wave of pain spreading from his chest.

After a long while, he started to follow her.

Her small face grew even tighter.
What should have taken ten minutes, she covered in just seven or eight.
Yan Yan watched her back, which never once turned around, and recalled how she looked at him earlier with eyes cold and indifferent, as if gazing at a stranger; his heart felt utterly hollowed out.
He had thought their relationship wasn’t so distant anymore.
